Séjour agréable malgré la panique avec les QR codes.

La situation géographique (centre). L'ascenseur.

Les codes QR pour accéder à l'hôtel et à la chambre, donc pas accessible sans natel !!!! Un peu stressant avec un natel qui s'est déchargé un peu vite à l'étranger ........et la réception est fermée à partir de 19h.

Lage Top unser Zimmer war ein Flop.

Die Lage des Hotel mitten in der Altstadt ist das Beste.

Zimmer 206 war gegen dunklen Innenhof und die Luft im Zimmer war schlecht. Die anderen 2 Zimmer von unseren Freunden auf die Seitenstrasse waren in Ordnung.

Für unsere Zwecke (zentrale Lage, nur zum Übernachten und frühstücken)

Lage 1 a Zimmer klein, aber völlig ausreichend Bad wie immer fehlende Aufhänge- und Ablagemöglichkeiten Frühstück: 0k Leider war die Studentin an der Rezeption auch für das Frühstück zuständig, so dass nicht viel nachgelegt wurde. Nette Atmosphäre

Hermoso lugar

Edificio antiguo pero muy bien conservado. Excelente ubicación, en pleno casco antiguo. Cerca de bares, restaurantes y negocios. A menos de una cuadra hay un Carrefur expres. Como esta dentro del casco antiguo no se puede llegar hasta el hotel con el vehículo. El estacionamiento que encontré estaba a cinco o seis cuadras (debajo del palacio papal) y era bastante costoso.

Bel hôtel bien situé

L'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner savoureux, la chambre grande et confortable.

Très mauvaise isolation phonique : on profite à fond des fêtards dans la rue ou des voisins dont on a l'impression de partager la chambre, dommage. Prévoyez les bouchons d'oreille !

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Fußgängerzone, alle Attraktionen sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet. Das beste, vor allem das am liebevollsten arrangierte Frühstück auf unserer Reise durch mehrere europäische Staaten.

Compact and ticks all the boxes

The room had very good space and was comfortable. Location is great, within walking distance to attractions. They have a 24 hours reception and an elevator (elevator is small but functional). Lives up to their name of being a boutique hotel!

It was a perfect location and we loved our room.

The location is ideal for all the major sights and for exploring the old town area. Our room was very clean, spacious and attractive.

While the room was bright, clean, and spacious, the hallway from the elevator to the room was dingy, with chipped paint, and an ugly plastic looking floor covering. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

great location

The hotel needs urgent renovations. The paint on the walls was falling off. The furniture inside the room was old and needed a new paint job. The bathroom was not very clean and there was a leftover hair from a previous guest next to the hairdryer. It is definitely not a “boutique hotel” - more like a hostel. The receptionist was not very helpful when we came to collect our luggage and did not even say bye to us when we left. Very dissapointing stay.

Great place to stay in Avignon!

Great place to stay in Avignon. Super location, large sized room, comfortable bed, and the front desk personnel were very helpful. Great breakfast pastries to your right as you leave the front door of the hotel. There is also a grocery story just past the pastries for your "picnic" and snack needs. Oh yes, did I mention that they also sell wine there? For a little over 5 Euro you can buy a really nice local rose. Don't forget to bring your corkscrew!

The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.

trash bin in bathroom dirty did not have a bicycle storage , though we could store them at a partner hotel, 400m away, for 5€/bike/night in their courtyard, not protected from rain (cost a bit excessive)

My room was in the fifth floor and the elevator only reach the forth floor so not very comfortable if you have heavy luggage

Do not pass up the breakfast here!

Conveniently located on main boulevard, but quiet, clean and unique (maybe even strange) decor. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Bathroom was a little narrow and cramped.
