This place was great for me and my friends over the summer. Great location between wineries, farm stands, and Greenport town. Nice big pool, outdoor dining and grill, and plenty of space indoors.

It’s been 2 weeks and no deposit back. They say it takes 3 weeks. It should have been returned the day after check out if there was no damage.

We are an extended family on our annual vacation. The downstairs living space was well appointed and nicely decorated, and the pool was well maintained. There was road noise as the house is right off the main road. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch, and exploring the local wineries and farm stands. Be aware that the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are from the original farmhouse and are very steep. May not be suitable for young children or the elderly. One issue is that the upstairs bedrooms could use new bed frames as they were metal and some were very creaky, and one bedroom lacked privacy as it was directly over the kitchen. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Ten family members gathered at this property for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the well-appointed modern kitchen, the swimming pool, and the proximity to waterfront restaurants in Southold and Greenport. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent, with all questions answered promptly. While we would stay at this property again, we hope that upgrading the mattresses in all bedrooms is on the list for future improvements. Other than that, this property worked very well for our group.
