The room needs through dusting/ vacuuming. Also the hallway needs vacuuming. The sink drain was very slow draining. Filling up sink.

Cleanliness was an issue. Stains on the floors, and smears on end tables, showing a not so good clean. Soaking tub was great, and the reason I booked the room. Shower not so good, felt like we were drowning, we are on the shorter side, but the shower head was way to high, makes it hard to adjust the flow. Water gets all over the door, then when you open the shower door, you get water all over the floor. Bed was way to soft, for us, we prefer a firmer mattress, so thisis just opinion. Same with the pillows, and they were flat, very uncomfortable. Sitting chairs and couch very uncomfortable, you definitely can not relax in them. Restaurant foid was goid, we had chicken butes and the fried chicken sandwich, would eat there again! Convenient you can get Starbucks coffee onsite, which is a bonus, because the inroom coffee, is less than desirable, but most hotel room coffee is. Good location. Very close to main strip, and central located to most entertainment. Minutes away from Branson Outlet Mall. Would not stay here again.

1st room we were assigned was supposed to be upgraded double queen non smoking. We checked in and it smelled of smoke terribly. We were changed to a different room but we were downgraded and not offered any type of refund.

The hotel is older so that comes with challenges. Our door handle to get out of the room was really hard to open. There was no hot water the morning we left. The water was barely warm. The bed sheets did not fit the bed so they kept coming off. None of this was really bothersome for us, because so many other things were really nice, good breakfast, clean, comfy bed, and location was great.

Our stay was good, although we did have to go to the front desk 3 times to get the tv to work. Food was ok for a buffet, wished that they offered bacon as well as sausage.

We have stayed here a few times. Each time it gets horrible. We even brought family this time.
1st off, our family members room 506 didnt have very good hot water. They came and looked at it and said it was warm enough for showers. Under who's standard. They could only stay in there a few minute's before it was cold.
2nd: Elevators are awful. We had to wait over 15 minutes to go down. They were over full according to code. My husband is disabled. Everyone was short tempered
3rd, the trash outside was overflowing with the same trash all 3 days with spilt food in the doorway.
It has gone downhill in 3 months.
Not a resort as advertised.

This property is in a great location. The rooms were great. The only complaint I have is the parking is terrible. There’s never a spot when you get back to the hotel at night after your activities. The morning that we left, the elevator situation was horrible.

Overall a great experience. Grandkids loved the pool.

The shower curtain rod was broken we we arrived to the room. They did fix it after being notified, but i feeli like the cleaning crew should have mentioned this after the last people left. Also, the chair in the room was extremely nasty looking. There were not enough elevators to accommodate the people from 9 different floors.

Check in was bit of a wait but that's because there was several busses unloading. Everything else was clean and welcoming. Breakfast is included but 12.99 if you lose the card. We will definitely be back in the future.

Hotel was nice but the beds were really hard.

This hotel is an older hotel and needs some renovations. We had to change rooms because the first room was leaking from the ceiling into the bathtub. The room we stayed in the drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusty. It looks like theyve tried to update a few things like paint and new beds. Thats the one thing the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lacking

Arrived to the property. The guest service agent was on a hurry and was not pleased I had questions. The agent next to me was kind and had explained everything that was needed to the guest checking in
Room was ok noting spectacular.
The room attendant must have been in a hurry as all extras were in the sink.
Went down to the restaurant for breakfast and it was beyond horrible.. food, service and cleanliness.
We were ready to depart on Sunday am and there was an announcement that was in our room that said it was a false alarm.. never heard an alarm so I’m glad it was false.
The elevators were not working . When I called to get an ETA I was told “no idea” and was hung up on. We walked down with 2 kids and luggage from the 7th floor. There were a few that had no choice but to stay due to being in a wheelchair.
Not a great check out either. Could have been the effects of the situation but customer service goes along way.

We would have rather had bacon and pancakes on the buffet instead of sausage and French toast
The buffet was good

The hotel room bathroom was pretty dirty and very much in need of an upgrade. There are several things that could be upgraded in the rooms. It's honestly not much better than a typical everyday hotel room.
Very tiny spaces, beds are mostly comfortable. The breakfast wasnt bad. Disappointed in the pool being so tiny.

Nice looking hotel but so many issues. Parking is ridiculous!!! You either park on a hill or in the dark back. A fellow guest talked about falling because of the incline. You have to wait forever (10+ minutes) to use elevator and either have to walk downstairs or ride it up. Rooms are dated with carpet and really small. Beds are truly full size so know that in advance for the doubles. Check in took a bit because front desk answers calls, too, and are selling tickets. Breakfast was nice but the people working it were rude. Awesome location! Think every person (and there were more than 15 because we were stuck on floors or riding up to higher floors a ton) we talked to said they would not stay there again because of the elevators and parking. Great water pressure and view of aquarium. They do offer a discount on future stays if you give them a 5 star review so that seems to be skewing ratings.

Nice place - it would be nice to have some different breakfast options or at least alternated. It was exactly the same each day. Trying to get me to attend some sales pitch was not appreciated.

It was a good stay, no issues or problem. Nice breakfast buffet. Just wish the pool was heated.

Kylie at the front desk was amazing . she had a smile and a bubbly personality, and then enthusiasm for her job. She checked us in and out, and she was certainly the highlight of the day the bed was comfy. The room was clean. The air conditioner was quite loud as the heat ran, it made a sound, but besides that we had no complaints

It was perfect for what we needed. We arrived quite late- 11 PM . Though we did little except sleep and shower. A wonderful breakfast!!

We were expecting something decent, but ended up with a very disgusting room. The water wouldn’t drain. The water was up to our ankles when taking a shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a family emergency and they were unwilling to give us a refund on our second night and so that was disappointing. I would not stay there again. The room was old outdated and the bathtub was slimy.

Upon check-in we were “greeted” with an employee who was very unfriendly. She immediately began trying to talk me into attending an 8:30 AM meeting, and offered me “free” tickets to a show. When I politely declined, she then offered me cash. I continued to decline as I wanted to enjoy family time and not be stuck in a presentation trying to scam me. After my third and final declination, she huffed at me. Shoving my room keys at me. I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone in Branson. Nothing like the friendly warm service we receive from other area hotels. Nobody told us breakfast times, pool times or locations. Later on my daughter and I couldn’t find the pool so we asked the front desk . That lady was also very unfriendly , stating “downstairs” and that was it.
Our room was outdated and the mattress was very lumpy. The parking was a nightmare and my husband didn’t like how anyone could just walk in any of the entrances. No keys needed even coming in through back doors. Felt unsafe. We did meet one kind employee during our time, she was the staff in the restaurant. She was very sweet and helpful .

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was so so. The help was amazing, but the breakfast options could be better.

I was disappointed because after requesting a handicap accessible room in the comment section for my elderly father AND receiving a call from the concierge desk, again stating I needed a handicap accessible room. I arrived to find they were booked. Chloey did help rectify that situation and I applaud her for that. However, the room was dirty and the multiple bus loads of elderly folks on tours made this a disappointing experience. There were literal dirty handprints on the walls and mold in the bathroom. I loved the breakfast, not the service though. I had my father who has mobility issues and they sat us in the bar area for breakfast. He wasn’t able to walk that far and I made trips for his food, then for mine and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. The folks on these tour buses would straight up cut you in line and staff would see it and let it happen. I did enjoy a drink in the bar, which was probably the best part of the whole thing.

Our stay was very good in all areas. I would recommend to family and friends.

We had a corner room which turned out to be relatively small and bathroom was very small. Furniture was somewhat worn. Lots of bus traffic which makes getting to the restaurant somewhat difficult.

We had an emergency come up and tried to cancel our reservation. The hotel said they were not responsible since it was less then 72 hours. Plus we booked it through hotels.com. We called them and they were trying to get it cancled. Still have yet to hear from them.

Great location. Good price. We did not get to use our breakfast passes because the line was too long. There were several busses there.

Be prepared to be pushed at no end to sign up for one of their presentations to try to get you to sing up for their timeshares/subscription for vacations. When we said no the first time they asked why. We told them that we don't travel often so we wouldn't use it. They continued to push and push after this. They offered 1/2 off the room price (for the condition it should have started at that price). The session was 1.5 hrs long. We told them we are only here for the weekend and want whatever time we have to enjoy the area. When we continued to say No the first girl decided it would be a good idea to bring a co-worker into the convo and continue to push. They tried the "more $ for Christmas" approach since my child was with us. When the 2nd worker heard what we had already been offered and that we still said no, she stated "wow, must have a lot of extra spending $". We had just drive 8+ hours to get to the hotel and just wanted to check in with ease. Instead we were hassled by the front desk to attend a seminar that we would end up doing nothing with. We were stayed in one of their "suites". I put it in quotes b/c if the non-suites were taken care of the way the suites are, I fear for anyone staying in them. The sheets seemed clean and the counter spaces as well. However, the ceiling fan was cacked with dust and there was mold/mildew in the shower. There were also bugs hanging out by one of the high windows as well. Smelled smoky for being non-smoking.

The hotel is showing its age. Needs some TLC. Such a grand old building and serves a good purpose for lots of veterans. Just needs more updates.
