Great newly renovated hotel in Milan outer suburb. Midway between Milano Centrale and Como centrale. ultra clean and tidy, with white theme of decoration. Fabulous continental Italian buffet breakfast with many options. Highly recommended. Last not the least, it’s only 5 mins walk to Saronno station with Malpensa airport to Milano Centrale station on the route.

The palce was great and very easy to access. The welcome was warm, especially the guy Carlo at the reception, he was very helpful and kind. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was amazing. It was really a 4 stars hotel overall. I higly recommend it.

We booked the hotel last minute as we were in transit and thank god it was amazing. For the price we got it was so clean, spacious room and amazing breakfast. Easy parking right in front of the hotel and easy check in/out. I do not write a review often but i was really relieved with the hotel as we had our 8 months old baby with us.

A lovely stay. When our train to Lake Como was cancelled we got stuck in Saronno so it was either pay loads on a taxi or get a hotel. We chose this hotel and it was a god send. Very close to Saronno train station, with very friendly staff. The room was clean and stylish. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the latte was much needed to start our continuing journey. We would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area or need a stop off if travelling.

A very clean hotel with a beautiful entrance and very helpful, friendly, and polite staff. The room was very clean and large, and the housekeeping staff was excellent and changed the towels daily. There is open and covered parking, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of breakfast items. The bar was great with coffees that had a memorable taste. It is 700 meters to the train station, half an hour to Milan for only 3.3 euros, and halfway between Como and Bergamo. I would like to give a special thanks to Marco and his colleague.

Receptionist the welcome was nice but the one as we left was not interested in hanging up the phone and just said "leave the key here" and kept on talkin... The bed was horrible (you could feel the springs from the old matress in your back) and the Tv was like a 20 Euro Version from Telefunken which couldnt connect to the phone and they only had italian program... alltogether they deserve 2 stars not 4....

This hotel is a 3 stars hotel at its best. Many things missing. The amenities in the room are very limited. Just as an example they do not have glasses in the bathroom to brush your teeth. Never seen that in a hotel before. I’ve seen disposable cups but no glasses at all, it was a first. What really makes up for it is the staff. Very helpful and curious. They were what made our stay at hotel a pleasant one. The breakfast are very good too.

The queen-sized bed was perfect for 3 of us, with plenty of room, especially with my 3-year-old son who can take up most of the space. So was perfect if you have a toddler with you. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very helpful and friendly, and made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.

As our flight from Milan was cancelled we had to find a place to stay for an extra night. Hotel Cyrano had a good deal and good reviews so we decided to go here. It was fine value for money but it didn’t feel like a four star hotel. Breakfast was very average and the amenities in the room were limited. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi details and the 4G was rather poor in the hotel. We tried ringing reception but with no luck and as it was late we decided to leave it. The tv had Netflix but it wasn’t connected to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Bed was comfy enough but there was no sound insulation and so you could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms next to you. Close to the train station and a short walk to the main town. Staff were friendly.

Very good for a short one night stay, had the basics we wanted and the bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful and warm. The only bad part was the breakfast, we barely ate any as it was not good, limited options and cheap items. Otherwise a good quick stay.

Hotel is walking distance to the Saronno train station. It also offered convenient car parking. Initially the room was not set up according to our booking, but the staff immediately fixed it and were helpful. Breakfast was decent--they even had some eggs.
