Es gab keine Möglichkeit im „Hotel“ zu speisen
Ich musste etwas zuzahlen, obwohl es online nicht ausgezeichnet war als verbot.
Ich habe mich an alle Regeln gehalten und musste trotzdem zahlen.

The bed was fine and the shower was okay
The location is far, far away from the city centre in the middle of a village and it smelt like cow sh!t because the neighbours had a cow, the room had a stove in it that you couldnt use, since its forbidden to cook in them, but i found it strange that there were stoves in a hotel room. It'll do for one day but wouldn't stay there for more than that. The shower could use some deep cleaning.

The room was very quiet, comfortable, and good. Wi-Fi, kettle available.
The building seems to be under construction. The reception is in a different building across the street, but everything worked smoothly.

Communication with the staff was very good before my stay and when I checked in and out. I sent a message the night before I wanted to stay and I received a reply in the morning. The room was cosy after the heating was switched on. The TV and wi-fi worked well and the room was quiet.
1. As a non-smoker I didn't like being asked not to smoke in the room when I checked in. Surely it is obvious anyway.
2. I also didn't like having to fill in a form with my passport number etc. This seemed overly bureaucratic.
3. Thank you for the tea in the room but I would have liked coffee too.

Easy check in. Clean linens. Fridge.
There was a small terrace on the roof, great to have breakfast or coffee in the morning. Clean bathroom.
Nice owner. We arrived later than check in time, but the owner was expecting us and even reserved a parking space for us. He saw how tired we were and offered us two bottles of cold water. It was nice.
The hotel is located by the train tracks, so it was very hard to fall asleep. Every train and tram was so loud! Definetly not a place to stay with little kids.

I liked that it was nice and small, clean and the staff was really nice.
I didn’t like that every 10 mins a train would pass, which was really loud and annoying. The bed was also not the best

The beds and shower were good, ok for one night if you’re not too fussy.
Free parking up the road. Great bakery with coffee opposite on the main street, and a bit of a park to walk the dog.
We were on the top floor, lots of stairs to climb with luggage and not good for the dog. We also regularly bumped our heads on the pointed low ceiling.
There was nothing to make coffee and only 2 cups for tea (with two teabags) although we were with three people.
The street was busy and a bit noisy, also from the train.
When I first walked up the stairs I thought it smelled like cow farm.
Later my husband discovered there was a farm behind the hotel, right in the built~up area! No grass for these poor cows :(

- Good price, nice staff, room is well equipped, good hygiene, even has a kettle and tea.
- No designated parking place. I was instructed to find parking place nearby, ca. 200m from the hotel. It was free of charge but still complicated.
- Room is far away from the city center (ca. 6 km).
- They are charging the room price via credit card even though Booking states no prepayment needed.

It was clean.
Receptionist usually wasn't on the reception desk and there is no bell to ring.

If you consider staying here I advice you to read the full comment: The most rude administration that I’ve ever seen, very bad English makes the communication ever worse and more problematic, the second administrator didn’t even speak English but still yelled something in German at me several times although I told him in German that I don’t speak the language, so I can’t understand him. They didn’t offer any discount for me, as an Ukrainian refugee and showed no sympathy, they strictly prohibited my girlfriend to visit my room during the day although they didn’t mention it beforehand and she was not going to stay overnight. Very little space in the room, shampoo and soap was only enough for one day, no cleaning service and it’s quite hard to fall asleep there if you’re sound sensitive because of some permanent hum in the building and ringing of the bell tower near the hotel every 30 minutes. And what is the worst thing about the place is that they had no dignity at all and after my check out they scammed me, they charged unexpected payments from my card without asking or informing me, first it was 50€, then 100, then 200 and after I noticed it and blocked the card they were still trying to get more and were so greedy that they even tried to charge 10€, thinking that I just don’t have much money left on the card. They refused to refund it and made up an excuse that there was rubbish in the room and something was stolen like a kettle and a cup, even though there was never a kettle nor a cup the room. I strongly recommend you never to stay here.

just the location
Room and entire flat was smelling. I used (bought) room perfume but it was not enough. it did not work. I talked to hotel about the room. they said they are aware of it and offered another room after 5 days. They know rooms are smelling (like a farm and humidity also) but still giving to guests.

Very friendly staff with Porsche Museum a 10 minute walk up the road and a shopping parade just around the corner with loads of bars selling excellent German beer!
Nothing to dislike here.

The staff is helpful and friendly. A kettle is provided in the pantry.
The room is small. The location is 10 stops away from hauptbahnhop. The wifi isn't too strong.
