Für eine Nacht: gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich etwas anderes suchen.

Für eine Nacht habe ich in dem sehr schlicht eingerichteten alten Zimmerchen alles vorgefunden was ich brauche. Das Bett war für mich bequem, die Matratze genau die richtige Härte. Zentrum und Bahnhof sind in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Da es im Rösli keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit gibt, und ich am nächsten morgen bereits früh beruflich eingespannt war, trank ich im nahegelegenen „Le Chapeau“ einen leckeren Cappuccino.

Ich hätte einen Hocker beim kleinen Tisch gut nutzen können!!

I would stay at the hotel not the guest house

The location was close to everything we wanted to see

It was hot and to leave the window open it was loud and you could smell smoke and food

Simple accommodation in a great location in city centre

Simple hotel (but ok for the price) A bit complicated check in and check out as was in another location (although not far - few meters away on the opposite side of the street)

Luzern is a splendid place to visit.

The location in Luzern was very good, near the lake and in the middle of the old city centre.

Room number 612 should not have been applicable for reservation in the first place. Douch cabin was dangerous, because of one sliding door derailed and the other completely missing. The attached part of the lid of the toilet was broken and the plug of the sink was out of order. You had to pull it with your fingers to open it and release the water in the basin. Sleazy curtains, no other cover for the window and very bad mattresses, which should be renewed immediately. We order double bed but offered a twin-bedded room. As both of us are working in the airline industry, China Airlines and one used to work for KLM, staying at many different accommodations all over the world, this one was by far the worst experience stay ever. NO VALUE for Money / Reimbursement should be the only appropriate way to cover it. We have mentioned it at the front desk, but the lady could only write down the lack of maintenance, saying sorry and asking if we had a pleasant stay..(?)

The central location of this lovely wee guest house was great, so handy for everything. The room was nice. The pool was great. The staff were lovely and really helpful.

Air conditioning would have been a bonus. Although there was a ceiling fan and plug in fan which was helpful.

only in the reception desk, their one guy he his really helpful and guide you about city tour.

in the room, even no have any basic amenities. even they only keep 1 single water bottle and also mention their price tag. i paid 266 swiss money for 2 nights. and in the hotel entrance they mentioned in big board one night room price 79 swiss money. our checkout time is in the morning at 11. but at 10:30 am we have to go the first eat breakfast downside of the same our hotel their have one chines restaurant. i already mentioned in the reception we will come back at 11:30am then this reception desk said no issue. beacuse in this hotel no have any place where we can leave our luggage bag. so when i come back to the room to take our bags, their one housekeeping person very rude talk with me. he said you're already 30 minutes over time and you should leave the room immediately because he said his hotel booking is booked so the next guests will come soon... etc etc

Excellent location. Mattress was good. Clean room and bedding.

the room was right next to the lift and was noisy. Room was very small. Room was uncomfortably warm.

I would say that those renting this place should have a car. It is not close to the center of the city. Other than that, FABULOUS!

Extremely awful staff, not cooperative. Room was in 3rd floor without elevator, also the room size is very small than what is seen in the picture. The pool and other picture are of sister hotel and just shown for fooling people

Value for money

Location was great, just walk along the lake and very easy to locate. Check in however was at another hotel across the street. The staff upgraded our room to the other hotel instead and gave us a room with balcony which was nice. Room was clean and quite spacious, nothing really to complain about as it’s very value for money

Nice spacious, well located and affordable stay with friendly staff.

Location, Price, Cleanliness, Room Size, Friendly Staff. Very nice, spacious room with all the amenities, very well located downtown Lucern at an excellent price with friendly and helping staff.

Registration process a little bit tricky as you have to do check in at a different location across the street, confusing when arriving late but not really an inconvenience. Probably better instructions are needed while booking and at arrival

good location, quiet

the upper bunk bed was unsteady and collapsed when i went up on it, causing me to suffer a bruise. we were offered a separate room on the first night, but on the second night we had to sleep back on the bunk bed.

We were told our room was upgraded on arrival to datu in Basertol hotel. Not sure if our first room was more spacious than the upgraded one
