Everything else was good besides the toilet and the staff wasn’t there how they where supposed to

Bed very comfortable and we had like a mini kitchen

The toilet was. Messed up from the day I got there to the day I left they did nothing about it tried to go down and tell them that the front desk was closed at 6 so we had to sit in the room with a messed up toilet it was horrible

Great Stay. Very Relaxing

Everything was cleaned very well and the staff were super nice.

The only thing bad about it was we bought groceries to cook but the stove irons were not working for us to do so

Staff never brought a shower curtain. I had an open used soap in the room. No shower curtain. Someone was smoking in the room next to mine. I stayed in room 214. Also my room didn’t come with toilet paper. 🤣🤣🥹

It was a nice hotel with great amenities. A little pricey.

The rooms were clean and provided great security. The lady at the front desk was very sweet.

There was no breakfast. Complained about the incessant noise that came from the room above ours for a month with nothing done about it at all. Was overcharged for 5 weeks and spoke to front desk about it and nothing was done.

Ridiculous

Chris tried to be very helpful, and if it wasn’t for him we would have been in a predicament.

Because Chris didn’t have authorization to get us checked in he called the Manager whom was On-site we were told. The manager didn’t think we were important enough to come to the desk and check us in. Gave her authorization code To Chris and he (bless his heart) struggled about 45 minutes to sign us in. This manager really Doesn’t understand the importance of service, So anyone from my company when in Nashville Will stay somewhere else. Thank you ………T Murray

Could have been worse but definitely could have been better for the price.

Tucked away. It was quiet

I did not know this was an extended stay when I booked it through booking.com. They did not have anything complimentary, not even a coffee pot in the room. They do not do room cleaning daily. We ran out of towels but hardly ever saw the staff to ask for more. The bed was hard as a rock.

My first and last time staying at a Woodspring Suites

It was extremely quiet the entire time that I was there.

Some of the staff were rude and not very accommodating after making a mistake with my room. You have to pay for extra towels. Housekeeping has very limited days. There's no iron and ironing board in the room. You have to check those items out at the front desk.
