Overall very pleasant for the price

Very clean and comfortable. Large rooms. Safe area. New facility.close to restaurants and shopping.

No one’s at the front desk at convenient hours. Close early open later in the am. Not convenient for customer arriving later than 8pm

Struttura nuova, confortevole, cucina con tutto il necessario.

Il check in dopo le 20.00 deve essere fatto telefonicamente con le difficoltà che ne conseguono per chi non parla benissimo inglese. Il bagno non era pulitissimo.

My room was very comfortable. I liked having a full refrigerator. Perfect little space to spend a few days.

Easy location. Close to shopping and medical facility I needed.

Good quality for price and clean!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly!

The walls were pretty thin, there were people arguing in the hallway at around 5 am. They could have been drunk but it still woke my girlfriend and I up.

So clean and very very friendly staff! The location was perfect for a weekend road trip to see Grand Rapids!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls were so thin we could hear the people next to us. But overall, great value

Bernard and his fellow employees were great! We had a great stay! They were so accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return when we visit again❤️

Pleasant

The room was clean and nice.

We arrived after hours and had to wait outside the hotel for a while after calling the phone for someone to come check us in. Our neighbors spent all night screaming at each other.

pretty much everything, the website had misleading descriptions of the room and beds. Staff wasn't very helpful with answering questions or anything else.

very clean

the no smoking policy was not enforced..the smell of pot and cigarette smoke on our floor was unfortunate. the hotel is very clean..after 10 there is no one to call at the front desk, they pull down a barrier (like a garage door) across the desk. I had to call to find out about how to check out. no information was given at time of arrival. I think if you arrive late you are in trouble..no one is around.

Overall it was a fine hotel and we’ll stay there again.

It was a convenient location for us. We had easy access to downtown and the Meijer Gardens. There were stores nearby where we could buy food and items we needed for the residential-style focus of this hotel.

There was only one pillow each provided in the room and no more were available. That may be due to the residential-style focus of the hotel.

Simple, affordable, very friendly and attentive staff! :)

Wish there were more than two pillows per bed, but that's all. Can't complain, the price was great and the staff was awesome!
