Great location, super hospitable host, apartment is big enough fo families and friends
The owners of this property are just wonderful people! We were greeted like family; every day, we were asked if everything was fine; fruits and wine were waiting for us in the apartment; the next day, they brought us a whole basket of fresh vegetables, and a day later - a box with traditional sweets! The property is very nice, with a large garden with a fountain and flowers, located in a quiet area in the suburbs of Kavala. The beach is not far, we didn't like it there, because the water was not clean, but the location is very convenient - half an hour to the best beaches of the Balkans in Keramoti and also 30 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Kavala, if you want more equipped beaches and hangouts. It is very convenient to take a ferry from Keramoti to the island of Thassos - highly recommended. We are generally very satisfied with our vacation; we recommend this accommodation to everyone - excellent value for money.
If you need good fast internet - this is not your option. Also, the apartments only have one air conditioner in the main room. So it can be hot in the bedrooms at night, although we opened the door and the temperature outside at night is very pleasant. Sitting in the yard in the evening was problematic because there were so many mosquitoes...
