The hotel provides a satisfactory stay with several positive points to note. Its location is quite convenient, close to the city center but not in the heart of the hustle and bustle, which some may appreciate (15-20 min walk). Right in front of the hotel is a large paid parking area, a practical amenity for those traveling by car.
The cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The comfort level is standard, with no outstanding features but providing what you'd expect for a restful night's sleep.
Although it's not without minor flaws, the hotel's location, cleanliness, and general comfort contribute to its value.
The team at the hotel presents a unique dichotomy. Many members are warm and engaging, offering smiles that truly make you feel welcome. Conversely, there are those who appear less authentic, offering what could best be described as forced smiles and emitting an unsettling vibe, occasionally even showing an unwarranted air of superiority. A small area of improvement would be the respect for guest privacy. Instances have occurred where the housekeeping staff has overlooked the 'do not disturb' sign. While it's appreciable that they are diligent in their duties, respecting the sign would further enhance the guest experience.
4.5
The room was large and very clean. It was nice to have accommodations that offered parking for our car. The historic district was a good 20 minute walk from this location but it was easy to find a public parking lot that was only a 10 minute walk. Offered a great breakfast.
Could hear people in other rooms.
5.0
pool, playroom for kids, breakfast buffet, staff, location, good air conditioning, fresh towels daily
4.5
Lovely hotel in ideal position only some minutes walk from the beach. There was a supermarket and some cafes/restaurants nearby too. The beach was ideal for kids. The whole hotel was really clean and we enjoyed spending time at the beautiful pool. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and staff really friendly.
The rooms are isolated poorly - we had quiet neighbors and the hotel was not fully booked but I could imagine that it might be really annoying in high season
3.0
The proximity to the beach, the vegetables at breakfast, the swimming pool, the nearby parking, the airconditioning
you have to pay for a beach towel (5Euro/towel), the room is small, the shower is the smallest I can remember, no coffee machine, and the worst: the WiFi is so weak it is practically not available no matter where you are (lobby, room, restaurant). you should not count on it. And it’s a four star hotel!!!!

Had a lot of parking (hotel was actually facing a huge parking lot for the beach, which I assume could get noisy on the busy season).
Breakfast was ok.
The hotel seems pretty outdated and was facing a big parking lot. The room was relatively small (I expected more from a hotel outside the center).
The room didn't have any coffee /tea making facilities.
Even though the hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old center, the area between the hotel and the center is pretty run down.
3.5
clean and convenient location
rather dated , needs an urgent upgrade
3.5
Nice location - quick access to beach or town
Rooms need a refresh / updating. Bedding is dated, TV is minimal
4.0
Comfortable room.
Very good breakfast.
Big balcony.
Staff doesn’t speak english.
Menu only in italian.
Very thin walls. We heard every move of our neighbours.
Very cold water in the pool.

We had half-board and did not regret our choice. Food was great so was the service.
Location was also good - nice stroll of 15 minutes by sea to the town centre.
Curtains and a safe were broken, and could not be fixed. The staff did not know much about local sightseeing such as beaches for snorkeling.
4.8
Simple accommodation but with a great swimming pool area, accommodating staff and perfect location
Nothing really in particular
