About this house rental

Casa Vista Paraiso has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. Fast Wifi throughout the house and English Channels.
It enjoys beautiful sea views from the terrace and pool area and here you will find the peace and quiet you need for a relaxing holiday.
Its location is also ideal for visiting the island as the village of Tias is in the centre of the island, less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist centre of Lanzarote and 10 minutes from the airport.
The house has a large swimming pool (with optional heating for a small extra) with sunbeds and shower. Next to it there is a nice private garden. From the large terrace with sea view, dining table and jacuzzi you have direct access to the outside pool area. The bedrooms are spacious and bright and 2 of them have en suite bathrooms.
The master suite is on the top floor ( with stairs), has a double bed, large wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a huge sun terrace with sun loungers and beautiful sea views. Ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the magical views.
The other bedrooms are on the ground floor, two of them are accessible by stairs, the layout of the bedrooms provides privacy and independence to all the guests.
The first bedroom on the ground floor has 2 separate beds and a large wardrobe. A bathroom with shower is directly opposite.
To access the other two bedrooms you have to go down some stairs. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool through a large window.
The last bedroom also has a double bed, large wardrobes and access to a small terrace equipped with table and chairs. It has lovely garden views.
On the ground floor there is also a large kitchen, bright and fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine. A couple of stairs lead up to the living room with sofa and television with international channels and from there we can go out onto the covered terrace.
The house also has a laundry area with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area.
Cot, high chair and extra bed are available on request.
A set of sheets and towels (bath and pool towels) is provided for each guest and a change of linen is offered for stays of more than 10 days.
If you have a car you can park at the entrance of the house, in a dead end street where only local residents park.
