Very comfortable and clean cabin! The hot tub was a big plus and very comfortable in the rain. Communication with the owner was top notch. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was well maintained with all the things necessities to be able to cook from home. We just had to bring our food. The beds were comfortable for us and our kids enjoyed playing games and watching TV after our time outside. It was comfortable for us. Great communication by Richard. Thank you!

A Perfect Wave was inviting, cozy, welcoming. It was rainy, windy and cold when we went out on excursions…BUT, came back to a warm and comfortable home. The decorative lights were whimsical, perfect. The kitchen was well stocked as was the supply of spa towels. The large screen television was easy to work and afforded easy streaming access. The bed was COMFORTABLE! Great 💤! Richard, the host, was friendly, easily available and responsive to us. We’ll definitely return!

Was just looking for a short get-a-way when we seen the Seabrook Big Foot Brew Fest. Found your little cabin and thought it was perfect for a short stay. Great location, such a great little community. Will definitely keep in mind for future stays!!

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely responsive and attentive to our inquiries. The location to the center of town was a quick walk away.

We come to the coast every year for our anniversary, we usually stay at ocean shores. Our stay here blew ocean shores out of the water. The cabin was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The property owner/manager kept in contact and made sure we were taken care of. We’ll be back next year!!

Small but charming cabin in a quaint area of Seabrook. Has all the amenities you need including a small deck with jacuzzi and grill. About 5 min from the village center. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again.

The property was clean and cute. It was perfect for us and far enough away from the city lights that star gazing was spectacular. The only thing that the cabin needed was the hot tub was not clean enough and that there were not any wash cloths

We spent 3 nights and it was perfect! The house had anything a person could need and more on vacation. The hot tub was wonderful after hiking each day. We will definitely be back. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. The location was walkable to everything in Seabrook.

We had such a fun time at Seabrook! The cottage was perfect for our needs, with all the necessary amenities and so cozy and comfortable! We really enjoyed sitting out at the firepit in the evening and playing games inside when it got extra windy. We explored just about everywhere, rode our bikes, walked the trails, the beach and the community. We truly had the best time, thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky, wholly rental community. We didn't do much research about what Seabrook offered and didn't so it was a bit of a surprise. Our cabin was very nice and clean, though the pictures made it seem a bit more spacious. Very common in real estate and accommodations advertising. That didn't bother our close family. We spent plenty of time on the very comfortable couch reading, napping, board gaming and a little TV viewing. The hot tub was a nice treat though a little frothy. We did have a very small ant issue in the bathroom. Small because they were tiny and that there weren't very many. Didn't at all ruin our stay. The beach was very peaceful and tranquil despite the early spring weather.

Overall the place was great. Hot tub was up and running when we arrived, and everything was clean and kitchen has quality basics. The place is very cute! My one complain was that booking-through VRBO and separate management means you don’t get Seabrook stay benefits I guess, most notably pool access. Maybe that’s a fair trade off for the price but with my daughter in tow I wish we would have known before booking.
