Beautiful Resort in a central location in Mui Ne , the staff was so helpful and friendly making us feel at home . The pool is fabulous and the resort was very clean . Enjoyed our breakfast , banana pancakes , omelette , and baguettes with English tea .

All was very good .

Geweldige hosts en een mooie accommodatie

De hosts zijn super aardig en gastvrij! We zijn hier twee nachten verbleven en alles wat waar we naar vroegen werd voor ons geregeld. Alles is schoon en het zwembad is lekker. Er zijn heel veel goede restaurants in de buurt en ook op de locatie zelf wordt lekker gekookt.

De airco in onze kamer zat een beetje los van de muur waardoor hij herrie maakte.

Sehr gepflegtes stylisches Hotel mit Pool

Das Hotel hat außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und eine ebensolche Chefin. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade nach der ersten Nacht, da es in unserem ersten Raum überhaupt keine Möglichkeit gab irgendetwas, Kleider oder Handtücher, aufzuhängen. Das Chaletzimmer war dann perfekt und hatte eine kleine Veranda zusätzlich. Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch der Pool! Auf Nachfrage wurde auch unser Frühstück ausfgebessert, das erst doch etwas spartanisch war. Das Hotel ist neu und offensichtlich noch im Lernprozess, aber wenn man freundlich nachfragt, sehr ums Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir können es absolut empfehlen!

Der Ort Mui Ne hat in der Gegend des Hotels überhaupt keinen schönen Strand und es war auch nicht einfach ein günstiges lokales Restaurant in der Nähe zu finden. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts und der Pool ist super. Wenn man nur einen Ausflug zu den Dünen machen möchte, ist die Lage super!

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal! Hauseigenes Restaurant mit etwas gehobenen Preisen. Eigener Rollerverleih.

Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber. Spinnen, Spinnenweben etc. Reinigung bei drei Nächten nur einmal! Der Pool wurde ebenfalls während der drei Nächte nur einmal oberflächlich gesäubert & somit nicht ganz sauber. Direkt östlich ist angrenzend eine Baustelle, die ab morgens 07 Uhr Lärm verursacht. Ggf. bei Zimmerzuteilung beachten und auf Zimmer im Westen bestehen. Obwohl das Guest House nicht ausgebucht war, gab es keine Option den Gästen ein hochwertigeres Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen ohne Aufschlag. Zum Strand wird ein ca. 1,5km Fußweg entfernter Standort empfohlen.

Great choice for a stay in Mui Ne

Location and room was very good, and the staff were very nice! We especially enjoyed the pool area.

We were a little surprised that we could only pay with cash when we arrived, but the staff were very accommodating and let us pay the following day so we did not have to rush to find an ATM.

A pretty hotel with great service and value for money.

The owner/manager could not have been more helpful if she’d tried. She even organised our taxi to pick us up from Ho Chi Minh. Helped recommend and organise trips plus once they realised I was vegan they went out of their way to make me food without even being asked. Excellent customer service!

Good price for the quality and servic. Nice bungalow with alot of coconut trees and charming pool.Delicious Food . Very clean.the location is in the center of mũi né walking and Night market. Very enthusiasm staffs .Also helped US to organized car pĩck up from the airport and tours .Very helpful. We defently will come back and introduce to our friends.

This hotel is really too expensive for this level of quality, maybe because of the swimming pool.

The location and the swimming pool were good.

The breakfast was nothing more than 2 fried eggs and a coffee. Don't choose this hotel because the breakfast is included, you could find a better breafast in a Coffee Shop around for less than 2 $USD. The room was very minimalist, there was nothing to tidy my clothes in the room, not even a shelf. Same for the bathroom, the faucet was half broken.

Excellent time here. The staff was vey professional, friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our flights and the staff was able to contact the airlines and resolve the issue. The resort is clean and very comfortable. The location is awesome and the we love the choices of either authentic local food or fine Italian cuisine. We booked another trip here for next month. You should book this place n0w before it gets too popular.

didnt find out any point worth coming back again

facilities, customer service. need deposit in advance at least 1 week before check in date? For vietnamese, this hotel find out my number and contact directly to confirm about deposit 50%, so I can’t figure out what policy for assurance from Booking means? My room’s air conditioner has trouble with cooler system, but fortunately, reception fixed it from afternoon until night. the facilities in bungalow wasn’t meet with level 3 stars. No instant boiler (i had to requested after that, and dont know why the cleaning didnt check it before guest came in). no dryer, no minibar inside room.. the washlet in WC also has trouble of flushing water

Nice place to stay but budget rooms don't equal value for money.

The staff were very polite and caring, the outside has a very relaxed feel and it's in a good location to walk around. There was some construction work but it didn't disturb us and it looks like they're doing some renovating so should only get nicer. Breakfast was nice.

We stayed in the budget room which understandably wasn't as nice as other options but the value for money was not good. Old room with some lighting issues, the bathroom door needs work to stop sliding open and there was minimal water pressure with no hot water. The bed was okay but not a thick/soft mattress.

A very nice and peaceful place to stay.

We had a very quiet and relaxing 3 nights here. The grounds are very pretty and it has a lovely pool which we had almost to ourselves the whole time. The bungalow accommodation is nice, quite basic but clean. We were greeted by Phi on reception who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay and spoke good English so we enjoyed chatting with him.

We asked to move to another room after our first night as we were not completely happy with the superior chalet. The lock on the door was faulty and we couldn’t open it for a while. It also didn’t offer much privacy - the bathroom wasn’t complete closed off from the main room and had a pull down screen rather than a proper door. The room had a glass door which faced the pool with only a curtain to keep it private.

Do not spend more money for the “better” room. waste of money and a complete rip off!

the pool and location are great, and the hotel dog is super cute.

we paid for the most expensive room, superior chalet, and there was nothing superior. It was rustic, with gaps in the walls, so the aircon didn’t cool down the room at night, no privacy- a curtain to cover the huge glass doors that look onto the pool, which blows and moves when there is wind.

pleasant and enjoyable

the property was very well maintained and the room was clean and nice. the staff were really lovely and helped us out.

the ac didn’t work as well as it could have, it was okay but if you like the room quite cold it didn’t really achieve that. we also didn’t have any pillows the first night and we asked for some not sure if they didn’t understand. it was quickly resolved the next morning though and we were refunded a bit for that which was nice. it was also a bit further from the main main area so definitely need a bike.

a very memorable stay and will surely be back here.

Firstly, when I first booked it I have noticed that they are very responsive. Second, location is really accessible because its just along the street and parking of the car isnt really a problem. Third, the owners are hands on and can easily talked to. Staff are really friendly as well. Fourth, the rooms are like villa type and greeny environment so you will really feel relax and peaceful. We tag along our fur baby (poodle) and this place is quite good for fur parents as they are pet friendly. We really had a good time and realaxed holiday.

when she accused my fur baby pooped somewhere but we explained to her that our furbaby is well trained and if he pooped outside, we are scooping it because we are responsible furparents :D

Superb

We had a phenomenal stay at Jaguar House! The place was very nice, the bungalow clean and the staff very friendly. Great and spacious pool with Jacuzzi but also the beach is only a few meters away. Also there are lots of attractions, restaurants, bars and shops just in walking proximity. The hosts also gave us great recommendations about what to do and also hooked us up with the local tours that made our experience flawless. It might get a bit noisy in the evening as there is a little live music venue across the street but we actually enjoyed the acoustic guitar set they played so that was actually a plus for us and anyway they didn't go past 10pm. I would definitely come back to this little gem next time I'm in Muine!
