It is a good stay, prefers if the unit is a little bigger

The unit is clean & well kept The beach is beautiful Windiness is superb Drying clothing & swimming suits are marvelous The host is responsive

The cleanliness under the kitchen sink. It smells of cockroaches - saw a tiny one running along the sink. The bed size are a little too small - between the size of a super single and queen. Queen size would be acceptable for the room size.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach with excellent amenities in Kuantan.

What a beautiful apartment in a great building. Everything was of such a high standard and being on the balcony looking at the ocean as well as the plethora of swimming pools was delightful. The amenities of the building are vast- restaurants nearby and in the condo itself, a range of pools, a gym and direct beach access- it is no wonder that it was popular with tourists. The apartment host was very easy to contact and it was self-check in so that was very convenient also. My friend and I had a great time here.

As it was a studio apartment we were really happy to get essentially an extra bedroom but the access to the one bathroom is via the main bed area so that can be a bit bothersome. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

had a nice stay here. apartment bersih, kelengkapan pun lengkap. cuma kitchen hood tak function. tempat pun strategik, dekat dengan pantai, kolam and banyak tempat makan yang sedap area sini. will repeat again👍🏻

A good relaxing time at Timurbay

The check in was done via online instruction which did not physical contact. Location is suitable for activities on the beach and the security is also good.

Entrance to the room was not straight forward as we have a long quite a distance and through several doors. Signages for the parking lots were not visible from a distance.

My friends and I came back rejuvenated, rejoiced and happy 😃

The unit is clean and tidy. The view overlooking the beach is very mesmerising! Waking up to the sound of the wave and overlooking nature is a great way to escape (even for a short while) from the hustle and bustle of the city! The location is very strategic, easily accessible to the city, cafe/food outlets and beaches.

Just the parking spot. The designated parking spot is confusing when I first checked in because you have to go down one floor to get to the lift access. Decided to park at the outdoor open space parking which is close to the lift.

On the beach, good facilities and very clean. Could do with some extra cutlery and crockery.

The apartments were adequate for our family of 5 and my brother who was visiting. Situated on the beach with nice beautiful pools, although it is very popular so the pools were crowded. Close to restaurants and shopping centres and a beautiful view.

Very busy time of year when we visited over this particular weekend so pool and building was crowded and busy. Also not enough bowls and cups for our family of 5 so not ideal for cooking and eating in.

The ATV in the beach front is annoying. Aside from it ruins the peace on the beach, the gas from the ATV is also harmful to the environment.

Great short family retreat.

The spectacular ocean front view, the cleanliness, pool, games n shops are all nearby. Basically do not have to drive around much if u intend to fully spend your time at the hotel.

Not much, not to like. The apartment is a little cramp for 6 adults with the furniture n eminities like coffee, tea n sugar is not provided.

It is a studio. The room was small and swimming pool and beach were great to relax.

Location was close to Muslim side restaurants but during Ramadan were not open.
