Location was very central to nearby cities and local businesses/eateries. Picturesque views from rooftop deck. Hot tub was very therapeutic after a long days hike. Kitchen and coffee bar very well appointed and stocked with needed cooking essentials and basic spices. Due to downtown location deep in the heart of everything, traffic noise was a constant.

Reviewer Comments:
We had a great stay in Silverthorne. The location is fantastic, with Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain all nearby. We loved having the Bluebird Market right next door. The place was mostly clean, and the rooftop hot tub was amazing. However, it was quite dusty upon arrival, and we had to do some cleaning. The vents need attention as they had dust hanging off, and the washer had an unpleasant odor. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

This is a great place for our family of four. Very new and clean with a lot of the amenities of home. Really nice to have all the kitchen utensils available. The kitchen and main level was really nice. So great to be in the middle of downtown Silverthorne. We could walk to a lot of different places to eat and shop. The Outlet shops are only a block away!
This place has a lot of stairs. We got our exercise going from the garage (which was very nice and clean) to the 4th floor rooftop deck with private hot tub. It would have been nice to have some deck seating to enjoy the Colorado summer weather.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Summit County Colorado. We hope to book another trip there soon!

We had a very enjoyable trip! We hope to be able to return. The fireplace was lovely and the rooftop view excellent. The check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. One of the best short term vacation experiences we've had so far!

This property is the perfect stay for a ski trip and easily accommodates two couples or a family of 4-5. Nicely appointed on each level and very close to everything in Silverthorne.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental was new, nicely decorated, very well appointed, close to everything in Silverthorne (Starbucks, Target, outlet mall, Bluebird market, and more). The place was narrow, the main bedroom had enough space for one person to move around the bed, same for bunk bedroom, garage. It is also noisy at night, with busses and garbage trucks operating behind the townhouse.

It had everything we needed. We could walk next door and get food with a few different types of food. We walked to the brewery for some live music.

Pros.
Very Clean
Well stocked kitchen
Great location. Can walk to a great coffee shop (Red Buffalo) and restaurants. You can also access the bike trails and ride to Breckenridge, Vail Pass, Copper Mountain etc.
Excellent Hot tub.
Garage will fit two cars (we had a Honda CRV and Dodge Charger). The garage door is also tall enough to be able to have a cargo carrier on top of the car.
Cons. As much as we enjoyed the Hot Tub it would have been a nice touch to have a couple of chairs on the rooftop deck.
The location is right off of Blue River Parkway so if you have the windows open it can get noisy.
Overall we had a wonderful two week stay and would love to come back again.

Our original reservation was set for Silverthorne and moved to Frisco to accommodate a quiet environment so I could work remotely due to construction work. The move was perfect and Summit Rental was so responsive! Looking forward to returning. The property was beautiful!

Reviewer Comments:
Townhome is very nice, modern, and clean. Kitchen equipment is fairly well stocked, minus spices. This is located right off the main road for Silvethorne so there is traffic noise which was loud when we had the windows open (again summer time). Garage is plenty deep but is narrow and can be tricky to get in and out of. I had a Jeep Cherokee and would be challenging if it was anything bigger. Only thing that was missing for us was chairs on the patio, that would be nice in the summer to relax up there.

Great week in a clean centrally located condo

Property was centrally located to restaurants and bars. Traffic noise can be bothersome. Stairs would be an issue if you have problems climbing stairs.

The place was very clean and centrally located. If I had any questions they responded immediately. I was working and not getting good WI-Fi and they went out of there way immediately and installed an extra router. Very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend it.
3.0
Seems to be corporate owned. Communication was confusing with information being contradicted with different staff. Was told we would have a parking pass as the garage only fits one large vehicle and there is no overnight parking in Silverthorne. But another staff told us no we dont get a parking pass and that the nearest overnight parking was in Frisco. That was very annoying. Otherwise the property was clean and well stocked especially the kitchen. Location is noisy with all the restaurant delivery vehicles. Hot tub is at best big enough for two people.

Reviewer Comments:
I booked my VRBO on the website and received a confirmation. The I was contacted by a rental agency and had to jump through a bunch more hoops to complete the reservation. Also charged a second commission for the rental agency. The condo was new and modern but it had the feel of a corporate owned property that was turned over to a rental agency. Very sterile and cramped. The cupboards had pans and dishes but other that that they were bear. $600 per night and no coffee. Even a third rate hotel will give you coffee. The rental agency sent several happy text but I doubt if they would have actually helped with anything.
