- Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks with ease, and enjoy the convenience of modern appliances.
- Bedrooms: The apartment features two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Both rooms are designed with relaxation in mind, featuring cozy lighting and ample storage space.
- Bathroom: The sleek and modern bathroom includes a well-lit vanity, a luxurious walk-in shower, and all necessary toiletries. Fresh towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience.

Pets are allowed with prior authorization.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min

Getting Around:
The apartment is 8 - 10 mins drive from main train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

1. Respect the Neighbors: Parties/events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music after 10 pm.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.

3. No Smoking: Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. A 300€ penalty will apply for non-compliance.

4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.

5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.

6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.

7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.

8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.

9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.

10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent 3 hours before your arrival time.
