Our second year and it was as everything we remembered. Already planning for next year. The location and views are amazing! Lots of lake toys and a well stocked kitchen. Coffee on the porch was a great way to start every day.

We spent a week at this lovely property in Maine. Multi generations making life long memories. All descriptions online are fair and accurate. Bring a large pot if you need one for a crowd. Would definitely recommend this home to families that want somewhere away from the crowds.

Our family really enjoyed this location! The lodge was plenty big enough to accommodate everyone and there was plenty to do both inside and outside. Our hosts provided all the extra little touches to make our stay comfortable, from dog toys for our dog, to inside games that could be played on rainy days, to cushions for all the outdoor seating to provide comfort. We would all recommend this location and hope to be lucky enough to stay at this lodge again.

This lake house is lovely inside and out! It’s clean, comfortable and just steps from the water. We stayed just under 5 days and really had no complaints. The interior was beautiful and well decorated and we had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed watching the loons and ducks as we sat with our coffee/tea every morning on the enclosed porch, and the swimming was excellent. The kitchen has most everything you’ll need and I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer on location. It was nice that linens and towels were supplied, as some camps require that you bring your own. We brought our two dogs, Denali and Kodiak and they absolutely loved being able to jump in the lake to cool off. The owners offer pet amenities which is rare and wonderful. :) Heidi was very responsive and answered questions instantly. She was very friendly provided all the details we needed to ensure we had a relaxing stay. My husband and I really need a relaxing getaway and this certainly was it! I highly recommend the Lodge at Bottle Lake and would definitely stay here again!

What a relaxing vacation for our family! Everyone had a blast, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Evenings by the fire, playing games and just reconnecting. We can't wait to go back!

Bottle Lake Lodge was a fantastic reunion/vacation experience for our multi-generation family! The quiet lake offered great swimming, relaxing fishing and many hours of paddle boarding and kayaking (generously provided by the owners) to explore Bottle Lake and other connecting lakes. Soul-stirring loon calls, the Perseid meteor shower for multiple nights, fire pit conversations and lots of laughter made for special memories! We appreciated the many comfortable Adirondack chairs, multiple comfy throw blankets, the dock, the spacious porch with swings, multiple spacious tables, two refrigerators, the well-equipped kitchen to prepare all our meals, the two charcoal grills, the Rinnai on-demand water heater (We never ran out of hot water!), the pool table, the 8 person game table, the two bathrooms (critical!!), the view of the lake from all the south facing windows, plenty of parking spaces, the thoughtful decor, two dog beds for our beloved rescue dogs & authorization to cuddle on the couch with the pet blanket provided by the owners, dog toys and the sweet surprise of the delicious raspberry bars and a welcome note on the kitchen table that greeted us upon our arrival.

Overall everything was great. There were no face cloths but I guess that was minor. Our family had a wonderful stay. The big porch is where we would gather most of the day when we weren’t swimming or boating.

This lodge was a perfect fit for our family and two small sailboats that my brother has. 14 of us stayed for a week and enjoyed the house and the lake. The dock allowed for easy access to the boats and for swimming. There were tons of towels and the availability of the washer and dryer made everything even more convenient. The owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.
As a family of folks who like to cook, we were happily surprised to find the wide variety of kitchen utensils that are there, and the bar has a nice selection of bar glasses, cork screws, and shakers.
We would definitely recommend the Lodge.

The lodge at Bottle Lake went above and beyond expectations! This was a family vacation and so peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed not only the lodge but the lake, kayaks, fishing, 4 wheelers and family meals! The Loons, Bald Eagle and wildlife was simply amazing! Heidi and Ed were responsive and the raspberry homemade squares were delicious! I highly recommend and will be back next year!

A beautiful location, lovely clean modern appliances & imaginative furnishings. Plenty to do even when it poured with rain. We had all the water toys we needed & enjoyed Jenga, draughts, floor dominoes, darts & many more games, chilling on the porch. When it was cold the fire was welcome & snooker table very sociable.
Lastly there were plenty of Adirondack chairs outside & a great firepit for those dry nights.
All in all a fantastic stay.
