Here for a soccer tournament. Great location, located near lots of amenities.
Great property with great facilities. Perfect for our family. Plenty of kitchen utensils for eating in which was a bonus.

My friends and I spent one night here and we didn’t want to leave haha. It was an amazing little guest house in the back of the main property. Really organized and clean. Host was really good and quick on communication, very flexible. Loved it, would 100% book again in the future.

Great host! Location is comfortable, quiet. Remember that this is a SEPERATE Back house! Wasnt a problem to me and my friends but something to note. Very very clean all around, beautiful back yard. I asked to stay an extra couple of hours in after being out all night, and it wasnt a problem for the host. Would highly recommend again if youre needing to stay in the area!

The photos matched what we saw in person. The rooms were perfect for the 4 of us that stayed here. The location was very convenient to restaurants and Miramar National Cemetery. We normally stay at hotels but this was a much better option. We had more space, access to a kitchen, and didn’t need to book multiple rooms. I would recommend Brian’s place because it was very clean and had everything you would need like soaps, shampoos, washer and dryer, detergents, utensils, and fridge. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

I’ve booked with Bryan, since other places were completely full or unaffordable for the weekend of New Year’s Eve. Bryan was an excellent communicator, and even when I asked if we could have extended family over for a game night, he had no issue at all. The place itself was very spacious, and very clean. All the amenities were very nice and up-to-date and the house is located pretty central to San Diego. I highly recommend staying with Bryan and I can’t wait to visit his property in the future.

We had such a nice time here! This attached guest house is spacious enough for a family of four and is a nice new construction property. Great kitchen for easy breakfasts before we headed out for the day. Nice tub for the kids baths. Ample room for our suitcases and such in the bedrooms. A good sized, enclosed backyard to play in if needed. A space in the driveway that was for the most part available for us to use, and ample street parking if not. Occasional motorcycle noise outside, but nothing too bad. One thing to note if you’re traveling with a little one— the pack n play is a mini-sized one, so our toddler slept on a mattress on the floor instead.
Our host, Brian, was able to help us extend our stay when our flight was canceled and rescheduled at the last minute, which we greatly appreciated. He was also very quick to address any issues via vrbo messages, and let us know about a weather and a brief internet outage which was very helpful.
Our family looks forward to staying here again when we’re in the area.

My three adult friends and I rented this small property for one night and were very happy with it! The owner, Brian, is extremely communicative and friendly, and went out of his way to assist with a small concern that I had (that was out of his control). The beds are comfortable, kitchen is clean, dishes are super cute, and everything feels new. He keeps coffee pods in the kitchen with a Keurig for guests. We didn't cook here much, but if you plan to make a meal, I would recommend bringing your favorite pot/pan as there are just a few. Lovely and stress-free stay.

My husband and I took our 6 year old granddaughter to the San Diego Safari Park while we were here. What a great set up for kids: a fenced backyard and toys in the ottoman! The proximity to the Safari Park was great and made for an easy drive. Everything was immaculate and the owner was always available for questions. I highly recommend!

The house was gorgeous, had a perfect floor pan with lots of room. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay.
The neighborhood is great. The house is in a residential neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants, fun stores/markets, Starbucks, etc. great location!
Brian was super nice, friendly and responsive. We had a question and Brian came over immediately to help us. I would 100% stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area.

We had a very good stay at this property. The property was clean and had enough room for our family of 5. We were in town for a soccer tournament but also wanted to do the San Diego stuff. We found this to be a good location for accessing the Surf Soccer complex as well as fun attractions such as Del Mar Beach, Sea World, and the Zoo.

Brian was an amazing host. He responded to our questions almost instantaneously. The guest house was exactly as described in the listing. The place was so convenient to Asian grocery and food. Thank you for being a wonderful host. We are looking forward to booking your place the next time we are in San Diego.

We made a great choice staying here 4th of July Weekend. Brian is extremely accommodating, friendly, and prompt in his replies. It’s 20 minutes away from beaches, downtown, zoo, airport and other destination areas. There’s a gas station and grocery stores a block away which was very convenient. Would highly recommend if wanting to visit SD but not wanting to be in a touristy, crowded area.

We rented to attend a family function in the area. There was enough common space for us to chillax together and enough separate and private space for us to take a break from each other. There were many thoughtful items like wifi extender, plenty of towels, plenty of blankets, serving ware, laundry detergent, clothes steamer, house slippers, etc. Property location offers easy access to freeways, walking distance to ethnic grocery, in-n-out, and drug store (I think). We appreciated the owner's check-in time fexibility and prompt response when we reached out. If forced to critique, I'd say finding parking around the neighborhood was a little difficult.

Best VRBO host we have ever had. Brian’s home was spotless, exactly as described and a pleasure to be in. We will definitely stay here again. We were there for three weeks and everything was perfect.
