Located just seven miles inland from the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County, the City of Vista has a perfect mild Mediterranean climate. Downtown Vista is experiencing a major transformation! It has new cool hip restaurants, popular local breweries, coffee shops, and art, all of which completely revamp the look and feel of our downtown area. It has a vibrant, artistic, pedestrian, and pet-friendly atmosphere.
Walk to the sprinter train station, shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, wave water park, and movie theater. Eight miles to Legoland and to the beach
This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
➤ No parties or events allowed
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.
➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos
➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
