This house had many updated things, it was very comfortable and relaxing. It had games, pool towels, many areas around the pool to sit in the sun and in the shade. The beds were very comfortable!! I loved the well kept large pool!! The host was outstanding keeping in touch with us for any needs we may have had. I would love to go back!

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. We were so impressed with very room in this house. Stephanie did a great job decorating and didn't spare any details. I couldn't get my family out of the pool and cabana area. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding and family walks. We made wonderful memories here and can't wait to come back!

Our family of 8 enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful house. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was beautiful and was amazing to cook our evening meals. Highly recommended and will look to rent in the future.

My friends and I cannot say enough about this beautiful property and the kindness of the owner and her family! The home was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy a short stay away from home! We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and neat, and property had everything we needed for a short family stay in the area for local soccer tournament. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we hoped but it was still very nice! Check-in and check-process very easy, and host was always responsive and friendly. Would recommend this property for your stay in Wilmington - within 20 minutes of just about everything!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful and exactly what is pictured. It’s a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Perfect spot for a home away from home.

This house is beautiful! The backyard is very private and perfect for spending the day swimming. The inside was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend staying! Close to beaches and restaurants!

Clean, welcoming, beds comfortable, fun things for the kids to do during their stay. Wish the pool was heated as we stayed during a cold-front and it was just too chilly to swim without it being heated. Great community and lots of food close by. We'd utilize this property again.

Very nice house and great location. Close to several restaurants and grocery store. We had 5 adults and three teens at the house. We were there to spend time with our family at Easter. Had a great time! The house was very nice and stocked with everything you could need. Nice to have the soaps, garbage bags etc provided so you didn't have to run out to the store as soon as you got there. Great communication with hosts/property manager. Definitely would stay there again!

House was spectacular! Wonderful open floor plan, with big kitchen, living and dining. Well appointed kitchen (we cook a lot) and lovely furnishings. Communication was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay here again! Stephanie, our host, is amazing!

Two families of four stayed in the house and it is clean and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the house is spacious. Location is convenient to UNCW and the beach. Weather didn’t allow us to use the beautiful pool but it is huge and looked amazing. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this lovely property. My classmates and I were looking for a relaxed atmosphere where we could enjoy spending time together. The space was perfect for the occasion. We were surprised that the third bathroom was outside near the pool instead of in the house but did not cause us any issues. We would definitely come back again.

This house was so clean and cozy. I felt like I was at my house back at home which made it extremely easy to settle in to the home. This is probably one of the cleanest houses I have rented to stay in, and the checkout process was amazing. Most places charge a cleaning fee and still expect you to strip the beds and take out the trash, but this was just like a hotel experience in the comfort of a home! You enjoy your vacation, hangout at the house, and checkout. It makes the cleaning fee actually worth it unlike other places. I 10/10 recommend this home! It was also the perfect location. We were able to get to all the major things to visit in 15 minutes or under.

This property has everything you need all in one place! We didn't even want to leave once we were there. The pool is amazing, the amenities are incredible, the decor, cleanliness, and provided supplies are above and beyond what we could hope for. We didn't have any issues during our stay and couldn't have had a better time. We came into town for a concert and to spend my son's 16th birthday, so this home was just what we needed to unwind, relax, and have fun. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home. If you choose this home, you won't be disappointed!

We arrived at a perfectly clean house with the kitchen stocked with mugs, glasses, utensils and cook wear. The basic stuff I feel like a lot of houses don’t provide enough of. There were plenty of bath towels and the location is great! Close to everything! We had 7 kids 10 and under and they LOVED it. It was really nice to have two dining tables to accommodate everyone as well! The pool is perfect and the neighborhood is very safe! We will definitely come back.

I would recommend this property to all families. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many shopping areas. It is just a short drive to either Wrightsville or Carolina Beach. The pool made a perfect afternoon/evening activity with the little ones when the beach became too much for them. My large family (6 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our time away together. It was a great vacation!

Excellent house, very clean and pool is awesome! Stephanie (property manager) was easy to work with and communicated when people would be at the house to take the garbage bins to the road and return them to the house and very quick to respond to any questions!

We really enjoyed the house it was exactly as pictured. The only problem was it needed more paper products and didn't have any of the yard games as mentioned. Regardless, we completely enjoyed our stay and the pool is a definite plus.

My husband and I were in Wilmington for 4 days and truly enjoyed this house. It was 15 minutes away from everything. The house was very clean. There was room in the bedroom and kitchen to put away all of our things.
