Heart warming hotel

Very convenient location to Sky Way. Friendly and very kind staff. Even after our departure, they gave me a call, telling us I forgot something in my room.

Since we were the family of four from Thailand, we enjoyed the cold weather and enjoyed the moments of playing with anim

I had a great time at this hotel. it was a lovely animal friendly hotel. The staff were great, helpful and very informative. We were the family of four so we booked one big room. The room was clean, neat with lovely countryside decoration. The breakfast was nice though not many choices but they came in large quantities. The disadvantage I had experienced at this hotel were The water pipe at the toothbrush basin was clogged. Another disadvantage was the misunderstanding of the public parking space. The staff explained where we could park the car and we thought we clearly understood it but unfortunately we were ticketed. We had to drive to the town to pay for the fine at the towns’post office at the price of 31 euro 😔

Breakfast was great The animals in the hotel are awesome! Great experience with Kids Hotel building is older, but well refurbished and nice ammenities - positevely suprised Very nice "apero" at 6pm, very nice and friendly hotel

Not blame on the hotel, but the location is not in main city center - for our trip it was worth it, and there is public transport to easily reach center in 10-15min.

The location, near of Funivia, the place is lovely with the staff and the animals, breakfast is really good with fresh eggs and fresh milk, homemade cakes, the house, decorations, aperitivo 5-8 pm every day! Highly recommended

Fabulous - highly recommended.

Balcony room has fabulous views of Monto Bianco. Secure parking available. Family and animal friendly and hosts helpful and have a very happy and relaxed disposition.

Somewhat complicated entry through outside side door after hours.

Simply the best hotel on our trip

We stopped just for the night while hiking part of the Tour du Mont Blanc and had the most amazing stay Very helpful staff, nice room, amazing breakfast They also have restaurant at the back (not sure if it's part of hotel or separate business) which serves Michelin-quality food And there is residential Bernese and bunch of other cute animals (but they spend lot of of time on the farm rather than in the hotel)

A lovely stop-over and we would loved to have stayed longer.

The family room we were given on the top floor was excellent and much bigger than expected. The hotel is small but beautiful looking and the surrounding views are awesome. The staff laid on free finger food to accompany paid for drinks at1800 which was a nice touch. English spoken. Cable car is five mins walk and there is underground parking.

great stay, and very close to Skyway

The house is really beautiful and staffs are all very warm hearted, give us a lot of information and help us a lot on our requests. It;s a really nice weekend to spend there.We enjoyed a lot.

I hope the restaurant will reopen soon.
