The his was the worst hotel I have ever stay in of all! I checked out the next morning! They had double charged my card!!!? Supposedly refunded one of the charges! Plus double the price of one night! I am probably booking through hotel.com again! The bathroom Has black mold around the top Of shower! Drapes were barely hanging on the rods! I took pictures to document this horrific Hotel!! Disappointed beyond belief!

The bed was comfortable and I had a desk to work at. BUT the lamp next to my bed didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a roach in my bathroom, dead, thank goodness. This was the second room, because the 1st room, the door was falling off the hinges. For the building only being 20 years old, needs some serious updating.

Booked for 2 nights, First night was a no show but when I checked in and got to the room, there was an odor so I looked around and did my inspection and found black mold on the walls all around the plug and coming up the wall. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The clerk said there are no other rooms, she suggested to have them go and clean the area that I showed her from the photo I took and her response was that was not a complaint and she only had 1 other one, but the room was SUPPOSED to be cleaned, so I asked for my refund and I did not stay there, now I am Looking for my refund for not staying there. I had to find another place to stay. The other location across the street was better.

Roaches in the room AC basically didnt work bathtub leaked all night vending and laundry room were out of order. Pool closed people partying until 2am. Huge fight in the parking lot that the cops had to show up for. Lets not even talk about the breakfast 😒 but the front desk worker was nice. Also they require a 100 dollar security deposit for the room even if you use a credit card. Definitely not recommended at all. I'd give it a negative review but the front desk receptionist was really nice!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was very disappointing compared to last stay here. Was told corporate told them a limit of 2 hot foods. No biscuits, no gravy, only apples for fruit. Bathroom light was broken and they had a lamp plugged in sitting on bathroom sink counter. Toilet did not flush good. Grounds wete filthy.

I was very pleased with the room selection. It was cleaned. My check in and check out experience was very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say it would be the occupants that looked as if they lived there that were lounging in front of the building. I was just not expecting that and it was a little uncomfortable.

Property is a former County Inn and Suites. The picture of the pool that they have as their profile photo should be Removed as the pool has not been open for sometime by the looks of it. They charge you a $100 Deposit when checking in, but gets returned to you when you check out. The property needs some major updates including the TVs, and curtains. My room, which nice from looking in on it, was missing toilet paper, could only get one channel on the TV, and the AC was not as cold as I would have liked it.

Rude customer service. House keeper cussed at me and told me she was gonna beat my a** b**** I got the right one today etc… all I did was ask her nicely to shut the door at 9 something am because had no clothes on and when I shut the door after telling her I hear check out is at 11, she beat back on the door and continued cussing at me. Very unprofessional very uncomfortable.. paying customer. Stayed here a lot of my pregnancy last year while having issues at home with BD and have always loved staying here but this did it for me.

Bathroom was dirty… old soap in it and out of toilet tissue. Multiple lamps did not work. The tv only had a few channels and could not stream… but the staff was sooo nice considerate and tried to help in anyway

Overalll property is not well maintained. First room light in bathroom didn’t work, bathroom door sponged. Moved to a second room, indoor lock broken, air conditioner leaking water and rug drenched, microwave severely rusted inside, bathroom leaks and nasty stain in shower, bathroom walls had black mold, pool closed by DH and saw a couple in the pool with a kid, lobby with fans no air conditioner, tables sticky, elevator with trash in the floor. Photos are misleading. Overall not a place for guests or even a safe work environment. I have never had a bad experience as this ever!

I booked a room online on July 4 and arrived at the hotel within hours on July 4 (night). I actually tried to cancel on July 4 while at the hotel. I booked a room that was not available. I was given a different room at a higher rate and hotel was direty, in disrepai, and unsafe. I was very disappointed with the hotelsnd now the manager. The quality was well below what I expected and from what I read. First, the room that I reserved was not available. I was given a different room and at a higher price rhan the rate booked. The room has mold in multiple areas. The air conditioner audibly leaks water in the room (where the air con unit is located). The drip sound was loud enough to hear. I recorded it. The furniture was damaged. The closet door was broken. The deadbolt lock did not work (could not use deadbolt). Also, the door was extremely hard to close from inside and outside the room. There was "hair" on the bed and it was not mine. The hotel elevator was dirty. There was one positive thing. The clerk could not resolve my concerns. I told her that I wanted to cancel. She said I would have to ask the hotel manager the next day. I left the hotel because I did not feel safe. I did not sign the invoice at check-in. I called the next day on July 5 and asked for the manager but no one returned my call. I am still waiting. Please assist. I would like a full refund. Thank you for your!

Our room was nasty. The shower had Mildew and mold. The mini fridge was dirty and the chair had stains. Just over all dirty and gross. We checked out right away and went somewhere else. This place should be shut down and thoroughly cleaned. The only thing that was good about this place was the front desk associate, she was very nice.

We got there for 3:00 pm check-in but room was not available. We were told to wait on hot water. Pool was "out of service for maintenance." Our room overlooked where trash dumpster where trash was on ground and mattresses propped. Breakfast was non-edible. Bathroom vent all rusted.

The pool was green and closed. No one mentioned that. There was construction going on in the neighboring rooms and furniture was left in front of our door, blocking it. We had to move it! The place should be closed until all renovations are done. Shame on Wyndham.

I would give negative stars of I could; the only bright spot is the frontdesk staff tries to help as much as they can, but the owners make it impossible for them to take care of guests. The place reeks of weed, unbelievably dirty, the pool was a shade of green that reminded me of something I see when I change my son's diaper, nothing works, housekeeping came one time for a week's stay, there's no security to speak of and no way to secure rooms while you're in there.

Check in was extra long due to one person at the front desk and multiple issues going on at the same time. Hotel does have somewhat of a musty smell. Employees hanging out at the front entrance smoking. Room 122 had a broken entrance door that was completely of track. Front desk was alerted and she did have maintenance to look at it and fix it. Room has 1 ceiling light at the entrance that was inoperable. There were two desk lights on the table with no shades. One had a blown bulb. There was a stand alone light next to the chair. I assumed this is what is used to light the room, as the are no lights or electrical plugs on the night stands next to the beds. Plan on bringing a wall charger and a long power chord if you want to lay in bed and use the device. Toilet seat was broken , and hardly no toilet tissue on the roll. We were a family of four so luckily we travel with extra toiletries. The room fridge did not have a knob inside and did not appear to work, so we just kept our drinks in the cold bag and hoped for the best. Dont expect anything spectacular for continental breakfast either. Sausage links, biscuit, and raw seasoned potatoes were the only options. We usually stay at a Choice Hotel, but this was the only thing available. Im sure that this will be our last time here. This place is better suited for truckers needing a overnite stay and nothing fancy or for a working girl.

There was no breakfast and the front desk lady didn’t seem to care. The shower handle was broken so we couldn’t even shower. There was toothpaste on the mirror and hair on the floor. Sheets were dirty. Everything was dirty. Terrible experience

By far the worst experience I ever had at a Hotel! If I could upload pictures on how dirty my room was I would. I do not recommend staying here with kids it’s something wrong with almost every door.
