Location was amazing and they are very helpful.

Location was fantastic and although they don’t have parking they have an agreement with a car park just across the road.

Low chairs in the breakfast room were lovely, but some alternatives for older or people with reduced mobility would be appreciated. 🙂

Annecy e' deliziosa, l'albergo in ottima posizione ma una camera che puzza e non si puo' areare!!!

ottima la posizione, praticamente fronte lago con dietro la città vecchia, affascinante. L'albergo discreto, ottima la colazione, ma la nostra camera era piccolissima, maleodorante e soprattutto senza finestra fruibile, difatti aprendola ci si trovava davanti, ad altezza viso, un prato in plastica sporco ed anche esso maleodorante

מלון עם מיקום נהדר וצוות אדיב ביותר.

המיקום הכי טוב שיש ליד העיר העתיקה. חניון מצוין צמוד מאד למלון נקודת יציאה מעולה בטיול כוכב. ארוחת בקר מעולה. צוות הקבלה וצוות חדר האוכל הכי שירותים שאפשר, מחייכים, אדיבים, עונים על שאלות באדיבות וסבלנות. החדר היה גדול, מיטה רחבת ידיים בגלל ששהינו שבוע היה חשוב לנו לשלם טיפה יותר ולקבל חדר גדול יותר ב צופה לאגם.

הרוב היה מושלם.

This hotel is a perfect blend of comfortable, convenient, and classically elegant.

The location was perfect, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The amenities were also great (free Nespresso coffee, minibar included, actual glasses rather than plastic or paper cups). The parking was pretty easy, too. The public parking was nearby, and the hotel covered it for during the night. The breakfast was quite good, too. We really enjoyed our stay.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre ville avec tarif réduit pour le parking. La Belle terasse au dernier étage.

Déçue par la taille de la chambre qui me semble plus petite que celle proposée dans le descriptif. Pas de bouteille d'eau alors que c'était noté.

Second time here. Would stay again. Incredibly convenient for the town and lake. Good value.

High floor away from the noise of the busy road below, lovely view over the park to the lake. Nice shower and bathroom and an adequate setup for teas and coffee.

Front desk team were under-staffed for the level of occupancy. Perfectly pleasant and helpful but a little overwhelmed with the number of people they had to handle. Not helped by maybe a 20 minute computer/user issue with someone's membership number resulting in them not getting the discount. Held up the whole reception area as no-one else was on duty.

Excepcional ubicación y confort

La ubicación es excepcional,las vistas desde el balcón en piso alto,la,cama super confortable y la ropa de cama muy agradable de tacto. La recepcionista rubia que hablaba español nos recibió mejor imposible. Hay doble cristal en la habitación y no se oye nada de ruido,descanso total de noche pese a estar en pleno centro y carretera de tránsito. Se agradece tener cafetera y tetera en la habitación y cortesía de mini bar. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo 100%. Agradecer que me dieran la habitación que pedí.

Por poner un pero que el zumo de naranja fuese natural pero esque todo fue psitivo en el hotel.

Emplacement au top mais ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles

L’emplacement est parfait, en plein centre ville. Malgré cela, les chambres sont bien isolées et nous n’avons pas été dérangées par les fêtards du samedi soir !

Le personnel nonchalant: nous avions demandé une chambre avec baignoire comme sur la photo qu’ils mettent sur le site, j’ai eu confirmation 2x (c’était pour l’anniversaire de ma sœur qui est fan de bain et j’en avais informé l’hôtel) et lorsque nous découvrons notre chambre… une minuscule baignoire dans laquelle on ne peut même pas entrer !! Le personnel n’a fait aucun geste malgré la publicité mensongère et on nous a juste dit qu’une baignoire avec jets n’existait pas dans l’hôtel (alors qu’elle est en photo 😅)

A recently renovated, modern, clean hotel - excellent location and breakfast, but some shortcomings.

This is a recently renovated hotel with what appears to be a modern Bauhaus decor. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street and canal. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and features a variety of meats, cheeses, yogurts, pancakes, cereals and scrambled eggs - typical of what you would expect at a 3-Star European Hotel. The location is excellent. The lake, old town and railway/bus station are all within a short walk (less than 1/4 mile). Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. However, there was some difficulty in communicating in English by a handful (very few) of staff members.

While the hotel is recently renovated and appears to be a modern Bauhaus decor, the design execution in the room we were in reminded us more of something more like a Bauhaus Intourist decor - see our posted pictures (you will have to have stayed at an old Soviet Intourist hotel to know what I mean here). While this is a matter of personal taste, the result is a room decor that feels rather uncomfortable, rather than warm and inviting. The rooms in the hotel are advertised as having "soundproof walls" - however the rooms in the front on the lower floors (as ours was) are subjected to a lot of street noise (motorcycles, sirens, etc.) in the evenings. If street noise keeps you up at night, it's better to ask for an off-street room in the back of the hotel. Our balcony overlooking the street and canal had a streetlight at the corner of our balcony not more than 10 feet from where we were seated (see photos). This flooded the balcony (and our room) with a harsh light, making the balcony unusable at night and forcing us to draw the drapes closed after sunset. Clothing storage was very poor. There wasn't enough room to unpack all of our clothing/belongings and we had to practically live out of our suitcases. Lighting in the room was poorly executed - there was a strange looking black sunburst fan-like light fixture (see photos) which could not be used for any practical purpose (like reading) - the ceiling spot lights were aimed right at the television making viewing nearly impossible when the room lights were on. The selection of television stations was very limited.

Superb staff and location - would stay again.

The staff were brilliant - very helpful and welcoming. The location was superb - right in the middle of town and easy to park in multi-storey car park near by. The room was nice with a view over the lake and the breakfast was very good.
