Affodable if you can let go of few things

Staff is very friendly and Helpful. Breakfast was tasty though limited options

Rooms need maintenance, peeling paint and moist walls due to leakage from Bathroom. Only one elevator, so during the day time it can be a wait.

Worst experience

Nothing to like about the property.

One of the worst staying experience. Staff non cooperative. I had booked the club premium room but to my surprise I had to push even for toiletries. In cold winter their shower and geyser were not functioning and even on repeated complaints it was not sorted out. On the third day of our stay the geyser issue was sorted out but to our surprise and horror there was electrical discharge across the bathroom faucets and water. This issue was never sorted out during our entire stay. Staff reacted as if they didn't care and didn't solve our problem. Inspite of paying so much we were very disappointed with the treatment we received. Responsible sites like booking.com should take heed of such things and not mislead their customers. It was not at all to hhe standard for which the money was spent.

Great place to stay

One of the better hotels in India. Stayed one night, a bit expensive for India, but it was a nice hotel. Staff are nice, although a bit persistent. Not an issue though. Nice hot shower. Nice beds. Breakfast was okay. I didn't eat much. An ATM + Super Market right outside this hotel too.

My stay was fine. Just a bit expensive for Indian prices.

the hotel reception, lobbies, lifts were very hot. the AC was not available at these places.
