Pool and Hot Tub---
The shared pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The shared Hot tub is open year all year round from 9:00 am to 10:00pm.
Other amenities on site include tennis courts, sand volleyball, bbq grills, biking trails, and the outlet mall within walking distance.
Parking----
You can access to one covered parking spot. If you have more than one car, there are free visitor parking spots located throughout the complex.
Kimball Junction is your first stop off of I80 from the Salt Lake International Airport before downtown Park city and the ski resorts.
Powderwood Condominiums are gems located in a great area so close to the oulet shopping in Kimball Junction. There is a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, outdoor volleyball court, picnic tables and barbecues for guests and residents to use.
Without a car? Don't you worry!---
There is a bus stop immediately on the street in front of the condo buildings just a minute walk from your condo! This transit line called High Valley Transit will take you to the main Kimball Junction Transit Center in which you can transfer buses to get to Park City Mountain or Deer Valley Resorts! You can also even get to Heber City or Downtown Park city from the Kimball Junction Transit Center!
The fireplace is currently not in operation as of 12/12/2023 as the building is doing some repairs on our gas line to our fireplace.
Please note the condo is on the third floor and will require you to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the third level. There is no elevator.
1) Smoking, vaping, tobacco, etc. are not permitted in any capacity anywhere on this property. A fine of $500 will be levied for each offence and guests will be responsible for any cost of cleaning or damages associated.
2) This property is limited to 8 occupants at any given time. Prior written approval & authorization from your host(s) is required to add any additional occupants/visitors. Violation of this rule is grounds for removal from the premises. Fines up to $100 per person may be imposed for violators. If you wish to add more guests to your reservation please send an alteration request or contact your host(s).
3) It is expected that guests respect neighbours. For this reason we ask that guests adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
4) This is a shoes-off property. Please remove your shoes while indoors.
5) Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to keep the property clear of excessive clutter and maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. This includes removing garbage and/or taking bins to the curb as required. Hosts reserve the right to charge for excessive messes, damage, and unreasonable clutter left behind.
6) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. If you require a service animal please contact your hosts at the time of reservation to confirm accommodation.
7) Early & Late check-out fees starting at $50/hour may apply to guests who arrive outside of their check-in/check-out window without prior host approval. If you would like early check-in or late check-out please contact your hosts to confirm availability (fees may apply).
8) Please refrain from moving furniture. Doing so may lead to damage or injury. Please consult your hosts.

This condo was the perfect size for our family ski trip and conveniently located to ski resorts, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed!! Highly recommend booking this place for you ski vacation or your summer trip!
