Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful and cozy beachfront home located on Carrabelle Beach. Private and secluded and is the perfect beach getaway! Enjoy watching the sunset on the large deck as well as a screened in porch. Both porches have seating including a high-top table, 4 chairs, and outdoor sofa on the screened in porch. There is a path with a wooden walkway that leads to the beach. This home is a 2BR/1BA that will comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed, both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, standard coffee maker, pots and pans, as well as dishes, utensils, cups, and ice maker pieces. Kitchen table with seating for 6. The living room has a large flat screened tv with internet streaming. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt water and sand. Other amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and a washer and dryer.
This property requires a 2 night minimum.
PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER
We will accept 2 pet under 35lbs. with a non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet.

Other area attractions include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouse and Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, cycling paths, guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (with touch pools for children), Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve, St. James Bay Golf Course, a variety of local seafood eateries, and a local supermarket.

This was our second stay and once again, it did not disappoint! We love how clean the house always is and how convenient it is! We look forward to staying again next year!

The only complaint i have is : opening the microwave was aggravating and the light in the microwave over the range didn't work. Other then that, we loved the place....close to the beach, lovely screened in porch and great deck. The beds were very comfortable. Would certainly rent it again!

We live in Wisconsin and wanted to get away from the cold for a bit. The house is adorable and very clean. The beach is just a short walk from the house and is beautiful. It was just what we needed. Would definitely come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seaside Sunrise. Everything was clean and comfortable with only a short walk to the beach. The location was very private, and we appreciated the touches that made us feel welcomed. All the basics needed for a pleasant stay were provided, and we could bring our small dog along. We definitely would go there again!

Pleasant house by a lovely stretch of beach a short walk away in dry weather. Big pools of standing water meant we had to walk down to the corner to get beach access, but well worth it. Great sunset walks and close-in dolphin sightings. Good beds and comfy furnishings. Only negatives: no table lamps and dirty pans in kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay! This little bungalow at the beach had everything we needed to sit back, relax and enjoy some downtime. It was a short little walk to a pretty and secluded beach. We are definitely considering coming back in the future 🙂

Seaside Sunrise was better than advertised. It is very nice inside and easy to find. Its location is situated maybe a mile from town, and maybe 20 mins from St. George Island. The best part is, it's literally about 70 yards from the waters edge! Unlike other areas of the beach, the sand is pretty wide here. You won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for privacy and plenty of room, look no further! This is our 3rd visit to Carrabelle and we will be staying here again!!! As a mom of 2, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! The bedrooms are big and the bathroom is super nice! Having the screened in porch and back deck was awesome as well! This is a must stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, close to Carrabelle and nature.
My husband and I found the house welcoming, accommodating, and very neat. It was nice to relax on the deck or the screened porch, when we weren't enjoying a walk on the beach with our dog. In the evenings we sat outside and listened to the waves.
It's a wonderful getaway location. I would love to come again!

We really enjoyed the home as well as all of Carrabelle. We wanted a place away from the spring break hot spots and definitely found it.

Lovely newly renovated beach home! House was fully stocked for what we needed from towels to beach chairs to kitchen accessories! So peaceful and beautiful scenery. The sand is so white and soft! A private secret path leads to the beach and our family had so much fun.
