We found the location of the home home to the beach and boardwalk very convenient. The one-story layout was good for the little ones and the home is located on the lake which had a variety of bunnies, turtles and a deer which the kids enjoyed. The home was pretty clean with the exception that one of the sinks was stopped up and despite attempts, was never fixed. When we arrived the outdoor shower did not work and had to be turned on which took a day to rectify.

My family of 6 adults and 1 child plus one dog stayed in the house for 5 days. It was perfect for us. Only 2 blocks from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue, lovely lake and park right behind the house. Nice backyard seating area but it was not clean enough for me so I didn't actually sit there, although others in our family did. WiFi worked great with lots of people using it. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.
Renters should be aware that the front door lock is quirky. It never works the first time you try. I wish Vacasa would change it.
The parking situation is a bit difficult to understand as written in a note provided in the house. Next-door neighbor had to explain to us and I confirmed with the town's parking department. The rental agent was not helpful in this regard.
Overall we really liked the house and hopefully will rent it again in the future.

This house is a delight, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the center of town and the beach. The house is beautifully appointed and perfect for a family vacation. Additionally, the house immaculate. The house backs up to a serene lake. Remember to bring paper goods, soaps, and garbage bags. Also, if you want mattress pads on your beds, bring an extra one or two. They have mattress pads and/or mattress encasements. The king bed didn’t have a mattress pad but it wasn’t a big deal because we brought one. We happily would stay again!

Communication was excellent and the house is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We loved the large open common space and the fact that it was all one floor! It felt very spread out and everyone had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable!

Overall 5 stars, great home, great location. Gave it a 4 for listing accuracy because even though it advertises a fireplace there was way to use it, no remote or instructions included.

Nice house in a great location. Easy walk to beach. Home needed some minor repairs and some linens were stained but my family and I were very happy with our stay. Had difficulty accessing the home due to issues with automatic lock and had to use the spare key the whole time but that was the only issue.
