Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped. Everything we needed. Loved the big kitchen and table which was great when family came for tea. Bonus having outside space with views.

Perfect location, home from home. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Great communication with Tony.
Parking was a tight squeeze but mastered it after a few goes!

The apartment is brilliant with everything you need to be more than comfortable it's very spacious so deceiving from outside.locked gate keeps your car safe .The owner was brilliant too ..Would advise anyone travelling here to have a car it's quite a walk to the railway station and the town is needing a spruce up .From the apartment across a road you have miles of sandy beaches and promenade. Colwyn bay is lovely as is Rhos on sea easily accessible and great parking.
The Town would not venture there at night

Well what can I say this property was just perfect in every way, lift access to the door, hosts was very welcoming.
It had everything you needed washer, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, toastie machine. Everything I needed was in hand.
Even had cleaning products bin bags shampoo and conditioner .
I was also greeted with a arrival welcome pack of bread, milk and also a bottle type of wine, dish washer tablets, a cloth and also bin bags
The only thing I wasn’t keen on was I have small dogs and I was worried about the dogs on the balcony and they kept jumping up and I was scared of them falling through the bannisters bars and they are small sausages dogs.
Also I couldn’t get the WiFi code to connect I was written in pencil and was hard to read.

Large, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need at hand. A stones throw away from the beach where we spent a lot of time with the children. The hosts were always on hand when needed. The beds were so comfy and we slept very well. The balcony area overlooking the town was a lovely added bonus. Will definitely return in the future!

The location was fantastic and overlooked the sea front.
Tony our host was exceptional and his communication was great. We appreciated the little gifts on arrival and also his assistance when we had some car trouble trying to leave.
The bed was extremely comfy. So much so I've been asked by the wife to ask you what mattress you use Tony! 😁
The place has every amenity you could need for your stay. It was well priced too. Thanks again and we hope to be back in the future
Nothing too major as we don't really watch TV but some of the channels had a pretty low signal so if you like to watch TV then it might be worth taking your own firestick.

Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a week's stay.
The host, Tony, was great.
He kept in touch before and during our time there and gave us phone numbers in case of problems.
Also a lovely touch was the Welsh welcome pack, which was much appreciated.
If you're staying with a dog or struggle with stairs, don't worry, because the lift works perfectly.
Secure parking for the car at the rear.
Less than an hour's drive from Chester, Snowdonia, Llandudno and Conwy, all beautiful places.
Early noise from the nursery below and to a lesser extent the road at the front, meant that it was difficult to sleep after 7.30am.
Obviously the kids aren't there weekends!
There's not much close to the property other than the beach.
Rhyl was a short walk away but was very disappointing.
