the stay was perfect for what we needed. we were so glad to be able to stay in this wonderful place, and if we’re ever back in knoxville, we’ll stay again!

This industrial apartment has everything that we needed. It was large and clean and close to the airport Property manager, Matt, was exceptional in responding to any questions that we had. We hope to come back and stay in this apartment again

We stayed here while attending a rowing rigatta in Oak Ridge. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to a question I asked. Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg are only about a hour away.

Our stay was lovely - the apartment is enormous and was very comfortable. We were both able to work from there during the day and entertain our daughter & spouse in the evenings. We would absolutely stay there again.

This is an a beautiful place to stay for two people or more definitely! Kitchen was spectacular bedroom was beautiful along with the bathroom. Everything was perfectly described and check in was very easy. I really appreciate the owners letting me bring my dog.

Great location for Knoxville area.

Property was very nice and clean. The owners were very responsive. And it is 12 min from Knoxville downtown.

Everything was as advertised... clean, good location (for us), right amount of room, good communication from the property manager. As mentioned online, it is in a business area and remodeling/construction work was happening above the rooms during the day and sometimes into the evening. But never heard any construction work after 9pm and it never bothered us. This was our first time in Knoxville so we were trying to explore the area and it was a good location for that.

This place is in a great location! Easy access to Knoxville, Alcoa, & Maryville. Plenty of places to eat within a10 minute drive. Parking can get tight if you have a bigger vehicle as there is an automotive place right across from entrance/parking area with a van parked but I was able to manage. Minor cleaning issues with dust bunnies in bedroom but nothing major. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

This apartment was roomy, filled with all the items I needed. It is in a convenient to so many places. I would highly recommend.

First off, Matt was awesome. Quick responder and excellent communicator. The apartment was huge and lots of space. Felt like a cool industrial udpated loft space. Just fun. Check in and out was easy. We had one small issue, and I only mention it because I want to give Matt props for going above and beyond. Came down for Vols game and it was only about a 10 minute pop over to the stadium. I cannot wait to stay here again. Thanks Matt!! Would recommend this place to anyone!

For the most part it was nice but not as clean as it should be, especially for the cleaning fee that we are all charged. I have pictures for the property manager to remedy these issues.

Very spacious open floorplan with plenty of storage for whatever we needed. Patio was nice with a little fire pit for the kids to roast s'mores. Communication was quick and easy, mostly communicated through the Vrbo app. Matt responded almost immediately with any question or problem I had 10/10. When we come back for a visit again in the future we'll definitely stay here. Thanks Matt my family and I had a great time.

Great location Very clean Easy to work with

The photos do not do this place justice! The apartment is a renovated commercial space. Don't let that dissuade you from booking! There are 3 large spaces. Master, Kitchen and Other. The master bedroom is huge, comes with a large bed, huge walk-in closet, washer and dryer (laundry soap included). The bathroom (it is off the master bedroom) is decorated very nicely and comes with all the necessities, including soaps and hair dryer. Kitchen is HUGE and fully stocked. Includes a dining table for 6. The refrigerator is full size and has plenty of space. There is even enough room to add another sitting area here should you choose long term rental. The other room has a full size couch and a sink-into-it chair. TV is large, and has streaming abilities. Comes with basic cable. In this room you will also find a set of bunk beds, and a cute sitting area. Plus, if you wanted, enough space to add an air mattress for additional sleeping. Front door is inviting and the digital entry system means you don't have to worry about leaving the key and locking yourself out. The outside has a nice table with chairs and even a chimenea for a nice fire on a cool night. Very quiet at night. We showed our family that lives nearby & they agreed it would be an excellent place for their relatives to stay when they come to visit. We recommend this apartment & consider it a hidden gem-if you didn't know it was there, you would have no idea! We look forward to booking this again next time we visit.

We needed a location for a few people for a wedding that was nearby. Great location. Beautiful unit - clean, well stocked Matt was easy to work with!!

Location perfect to the places we needed to go.

This 2 br apartment is the biggest 2BR I’ve ever seen (on VRBO or anywhere else). I didn’t measure it, but each of the 3 rooms must be at least 30x20 ft. All furniture and appliances are top notch and seem to be brand new. The location is unusual: it is a part of a commercial building converted to an apartment. The entrance is from a semi-private parking lot. There is a table, chairs and a fireplace set up outside, but you’d be hanging out on an empty parking lot. I didn’t need it so it didn’t bother me. Matt is very quick to respond and friendly. He was very helpful and accommodated my requests. I’d come back there in a heart beat! Thank you, Matt!

This is a great place to stay. We had no problem communicating with the owner and he was very responsive. Usually no longer than just a couple of minutes. I would recommend this apartment and we will return.

I loved the apartment! It was a very easy check in and lots of space. Everything was extremely clean! The couch in the living area was comfortable and was able to use the Roku and enjoy my shows! The bedroom tv had Netflix too! The bed was comfortable and I love the shower! Thanks Matt for all of the communication!

My wife and I had a lovely stay. Everything was as described, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
