About this house rental
Cozy but spacious, with plenty of light and high ceilings, this inviting retreat can accommodate your family and friends. Arrowhead fees already included in our pricing.
Our home, Sunshine Chalet, is in the exclusive award-winning gated community of Arrowhead Lake. For a small fee paid to the community association, you can take advantage of access to the lake, beaches, playgrounds, lodge, game room, exercise room, and much more. Also, a great play to stay to visit all the many site seeing locations around the Pocono Mountains.
Our property is in the elite and gated resort community of Arrowhead Lake. This means that guests will check-in first at the Welcome Center before accessing Sunshine Chalet. There you will pick up your vehicle gate card and ID cards that provide access to the resort amenities. After you check-in, you will access Sunshine Chalet with keyless entry pin.
All registrations for the resort community must be completed at least 4 days prior to check-in.
A season rental shack is open during the weekends for canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and sports equipment and are available to rent for a 2-hour time period.
Our Sunshine-Themed Chalet features:
4 Bedrooms: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, Bunkbed with Full and Twin
3 Full Baths
Sofa Couch and Futon extends sleeping capacity to 12.

Eat-In Kitchen with microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig, and all utensils
2 Fireplaces (propane) - very cozy in the colder seasons

Hello from your hosts Brooke and Matt! We have rented in the Arrowhead Lake community for years with our 5 kids and built wonderful lasting memories. When we purchased our second home there, we wanted to share it with others, just like we had the opportunity to do.
