Beach holiday in Sanremo

Great old building with good location. In room 5 there was huge balcony with city and partial ocean view. Road near was noicy, but balcony door did good job that it was not disturbing us at least. Service was great all trip. It was nice to eat breakfast outside in shadow.

one of beds was little bit sinky, but was good for kids.

I do highly recommend this hotel for people who visiting Sanremo for couple of days. So comfortable and very nice location. The room and the bathroom are clean. The hospitality is really nice.

Highly recommend when visiting San Remo

Location; clean, comfortable room; modern bathroom with powerful shower; friendly, helpful English speaking hosts; tasty breakfast; great value for money.

Some noise heard from communal areas/other rooms when in room, but this can’t be helped and reflects the building’s age and character.

Cozy stay in an ideal location

The staff was very kind and the breakfast service was great! Very good value for money! The hotel itself is in an older building, but the bathrooms seemed to have been renovated, and it had that clean and cozy feel :)

Cosy hotel a bit out of the town centre but within walking distance.

A family-run business, reasonable price, and they were very accommodating. I had planned to get there by train, the station seems to be quite close, but I ended up going there in my friend's car. The parking is in a closed alley behind the hotel. I parked in the roundabout and went to reception and they explained the location. It is guarded by a gate. You come from the backyard to the front of the hotel. Given the parking situation in downtown San Remo, we parked the car until we left, otherwise we just walked everywhere. The room was nice, nothing to report but nothing bad, your typical two-star hotel room. Newly renovated bathroom. No elevator but they helped with luggage to my 3rd floor room. Very engaging owner, helpful to explain about the hotel and the city. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast.

The hotel is in a very handy location if you arrive by train, and both the beach and the city center are near. Plentiful breakfast by Italian standards.

Excellent hotel! The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a good location near the train station and close to the town's centre and delicious restaurants.

Nothing. Like many hotels, the building is rather old but the rooms are comfortable and soundproof.

Lovely family-run hotel in the centre of Sanremo. Super breakfast served with good coffee outside in the garden. Clean rooms. Good WiFi. Lovely marble staircase. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a quick stay in SanRemo

Waking distance from the train station and downtown. I could not have asked for a better location and the value was great!

Beds aren't very comfy but for the price I can't compain.

Five minute walk from the railway station, really friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with very fresh bread, cheese, meat, etc, good value for money.

A mirror in the bedroom for hair, makeup, etc would have been useful.

Pleasant traditional hotel with friendly staff

Convenient location within walking distance of train station and city, very friendly staff who went out of my way to accommodate a special request I had, pleasant breakfast again made memorable by kind staff and a nice garden setting. The architecture of the building is lovely from the outside.

The room and bathroom were a bit tired but perfectly acceptable for one night, for the price and the fact that I booked late, absence of lift (but again I got help from reception staff upon the steps which was appreciated). No parking on the spot but there is paid parking nearby at the station.

Dirty hotel with poor breakfast

Centrally located

This place shouln't call itself a hotel. Room was very old and a bit dirty - there was sand on the floor and bedsheet. I got reprimanded by an eldery hotel staff member for not waering a face mask - the next day saw the same guy walking around the hotel without face mask. Where is the logic? I travelled across Norther Italy for a week. Stayed in other hotels of this price range, but this one was def the worst...

Very nice and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The owner of the hotel is friendly and can give good tips on where to go and what to do in the city. I came to this hotel with my husband and 7 year old daughter and our holiday went really well! The location of the hotel is great in the center of Sanremo. The hotel is in a little garden with nice flowers. A really great way to wake up for breakfast in the morning!
