On the first floor, a first bedroom with cupboard, double bed (140x190cm), a second bedroom with bunk beds (90x190cm), and an access to a small terrace with view on the residence and sea in the distance.
Located 300 m from the Grazel beach and 2 km from the center of the old village, close to the shops and restaurants of the yacht habour, this flat will allow you to discover Gruissan and the diversity of the landscapes that surround it, fine sandy beach, vast yacht habour lake iridescent by the wind and the immense wooded massif of the Clape.
