This 4 B/R house is in a quiet community and features a backyard with swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, and fire table. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay. Close to Saguaro, Canyon Lake as well as the Salt River. Unfortunately we do not have space for boat or trailer parking.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed
Full guest bathroom upstairs
Hall bathroom downstairs
COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen with eat-in dining area, living room, and backyard seating areas. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. 2 cars garaged.
**NO Trailer, Boat, RV or Street parking allowed. This home is located in an HOA that does not allow this**

POOL:
Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 24-36 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather) and because of the heat pump system the pool heater will not operate below outside temperatures of 50 deg. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($60/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*NO Boat, Trailer, RV or Street Parking.
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.

This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Red Mountain Ranch area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby. This home is located in an HOA, please respect the neighbors and the rules.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we will let you know average drive times.
Other Things to Note:
Parking and Entry – Guests have off street parking available at the home either by parking in the garage or driveway. No RV, Trailer, Boat or Street Parking allowed.
Before your arrival you should have received an email with your personal access code to the home. This is sent directly by the lock from Lockstate (please check all spam/junk email folders if you can`t find it). Enter your unique code and then press the Lockstate button to unlock the door. When leaving simply press the Lockstate button to lock the door behind you. Please verify door is locked before leaving. Note: your unique code will become inoperable after your day of departure.
HDTV and Wireless High Speed Internet provided (information is documented in the home).

The game room with foosball & shuffle board was a huge hit with our teenage boys. Backyard with real grass! and fire pit table were popular places to relax. Nice, clean house & perfect location as we were there for a baseball tournament; and lots of restaurants & stores very close. Overall very nice stay.

Enjoyed our thanksgiving holiday back in Mesa! Stayed at this nice property in red mountain ranch which conveniently located near shopping and outdoor activities. Will look to come back here again in the future.
