Bad experience. My reservation was originally made for 7 days and 2 people, but I arrived on the first day alone and informed the staff that the second guest would be arriving the next day. They charge for a hotel identification wristband for each guest, and I paid for two. The following day, when my wife arrived, the front desk agent claimed the reservation was only for one person. Despite my explanations, they ignored me until I found the confirmation email as proof. They then tried to charge me again for the second wristband. After some discussion, I did not pay. Three days after my wife’s arrival, she left the room, and the plan was for my son to use the room as the second guest. I informed the front desk of this plan, but they said it was not possible. I explained that there would still be only two guests in the room. After consulting with someone for authorization, the staff member informed me that the system wouldn’t allow the change, but she eventually agreed and said she would send an authorization email to the front desk. However, when my son arrived at 10 PM, the email had never been sent, creating yet another issue. Fortunately, another front desk agent resolved the matter, but these are the types of problems you don’t want to face. Although listed on hotel platforms, this place seems to have its own rules and does not operate like a typical hotel. If you want your room cleaned, you need to request it daily.

This property is very near the airport, but a 15-25 minute drive to downtown, which can get complicated with traffic. However, the building has a rooftop pool and two jacuzzis with two bbq areas, with view of the beach and the airport that we enjoyed a lot. personnel in the rooftop is very polite giving great service, and offering several different drinks at reasonable prices. The apartments may be a gamble as we rented two of the two bedroom units, one of which was very modernly decorated and the other was more simple, but still good. spaces are not huge but comfortable.

2 hours for checking. Forced to buy VIP wrist bands to use the pool, and pool close at 9 pm too early! Room is not very clean either! Very disappointed.

They’re very accommodating. At the last minute decided to arrive one day early, they moved my reservation without charging me any fees or penalties. The room was spotless, very clean. Only thing I did not like was extra blankets and hand soap. The jacuzzi was very pretty at night. The rooftop amazing, infinity pool beautiful view. You are a bit from downtown and nova grande but I paid no more than $10 for an Uber and as low as $3 getting back and forth

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooftop pool was really nice to relax in as well as the balcony jacuzzi. The staff were always helpful whether that be things missing in the room or helping you find transportation. There were always cabs outside that could take you into the city for a reasonable price.

The property was beautiful. Most of the staff except a few like George, Estelle Luz and the maintenance guys were not helpful. They barely answered any questions. They didn’t even make an attempt. Even when I use the app to translate it appears that I was a bother. I love the amenities but I think the next time I travel to Colombia I will choose a place with more knowledgeable and helpful staff

Overall enjoyed our stay, just be prepared to take cold showers, there was NEVER any hot water when showering and bring your own beach towels for the pool/beach, they don’t provide any!

I had a great experience with the hotel Dominique, few things I would change for my experience would have be espectacular . I stay for 7 days and I have to ask for bathrooms paper and kitchen. Often, and not always they brought it to my Apt. Also in the swimming pool ask for a towel and they didn’t have any. If they change that I know for the next time or next client would have love the stay to the max.

Check in took us over an hour, front desk couldn’t find our reservation. Which two weeks prior to arrival, I received an email from the property requesting check in info for each person that will be in the apartment. I did all the process, gave passports info, when we arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. Finally after checking in we were giving the wrong apartment, had to wait another 45 mins, until we can get the correct apartment. Even in that apartment only had washer, no dryer. Those were the only issues, other than that property is very clean, updated, neighborhood is safe.

This place is really nice. I really enjoyed staying in the room with jacuzzi on the balcony. There was an smell that i didnt like in the living area, but i was rarely there. The reception was great but I wasnt made aware of any vip. They dont allow guests so that was a little disappointing also but i understand why. All in all I would definitely come again.

Fantastic apartment, very complete, jacuzzi on the balcony. The welcome drink and each morning coffee/snack, as mentioned at Hotels.com, was unknown but after showing the reservation it was arranged immediately. Very helpful and friendly staff!

I enjoyed my stay. The property was just like it was pictured. The only issues I had was that the towels were in the apartment were dirty towels and we never received new and clean ones. We asked front desk on multiple occasions for towels but never received them.

The staff is generally friendly and the property is new and modern. That is where the pros end. Although the staff is friendly all requests even for routine items require multiple follow ups. If you fail to follow up you will not get what you asked for. Also the property has construction defects. The shower door cannot close so the floor ends up completely soaked. While I like the look of the property I would not stay here again unless I had no other choice.

Really enjoyed our stay, the property was new and modern and it felt like a home away from home. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of the sunset and they had live DJs most of the week. The only down side was that the dining options around were limited but we ordered through Rappi.

The property was very clean and I really like the pool. They have three working elevators and you never have to wait. You are walking distance from the beach. The only negative is the street the property is located on floods when it rains.
