About this apartment rental

Located a minute's walk from Camber Sands, this family home is perfect for beach lovers looking for some respite. The contemporary design is clean and bright, with plenty of open-plan space for entertaining. The bi-fold doors keep the outside flowing into the home – great for summertime dining on the decked terrace. While the garden isn't the largest, there's enough room for a barbecue with the family, and the outdoor shower is a welcome addition for keen sea swimmers. If you're looking to explore further afield, the independent shops and restaurants of Rye are just a five-minute drive away. Home truths: *Your host may occasionally require access to the adjoining store – prior notice will be given *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request *Your host has provided additional beach towels for your stay *While the shower room isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home *This home is spread over two floors, with a ground-floor bedroom *Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home *There are security cameras installed on the front exterior of the property for security purposes
