Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, patio. Barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
