No shuttle service to the airport is a major inconvenience. Everything else was fine

You can tell the property is old and outdated, but was close to the airport and worked for the price.

Amazing stay. Very pleased. Breakfast was a pleaser. We booked the last room available which had a queen. Husband is tall though and he kept hitting his head on the bed post thing. Next time we will plan ahead and opt for the bigger room/bed.

Bare minimum:fridge freezer frosted completely up. No trash can in bathroom. No coffee maker or any amenities in the room. Am breakfast was lacking and appears the front desk clerk warms the breakfast attendant. Would not stay there again even for the value.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The main positives were a comfortable bed and air conditioning. But although our room was clean, the rest of the building was dirty and run down. Breakfast was very limited and on our second morning they ran out of waffle batter. The swimming pool is out of service, weed infested, and what little water there was had turned into a swamp! The access to the hotel is almost impossible to find (GPS takes you to their back gate which is locked. I did not expect luxury or anything fancy but the "rating" was seriously inflated ("excellent" on the website). I don't thnk it was worth the price we paid for our two night stay.

It was ok for the price. Key didn’t work. I pay for 2 night, the first night the key wasn’t working they gave me another one. Second day and key stop working went to check and I wasn’t on the system. Supposedly it showed that I didn’t show up the night before, when I had paid. Had me waiting almost 30 minutes before they resolved the problem. False advertising the pool wasn’t working.

Omg I have heard you get what you pay for, but in this case I paid a reasonable amount for this room. It was a terrible experience. After going all the way to end of hallway , on second floor, the key would not work. The coffee maker broken, the tv won’t go on. And all they said at front desk there was no one to do anything. Mind you it was 4 pm. Next dsy still no housekeeping and all the same. I asked again, and got same response no one until tomorrow.. I said I leave tomorrow. Suddenly someone came changed coffeemaker and fixed tv. By now I was so upset. At breakfast no waffle mix. It was bad I tell you, bad. Would not recommend.

Everything is to old and some night staff were a little crazy!

The room smells like dirty wet dog. Dirty, Old towels. AC wasn’t working properly. Never again!!

We walked in.. and I walked out no longer than 5 minutes later. The pictures do NOT match the website. This place is sketchy and smells… the elevator barely works. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for the same price

The room stunk. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom and holes in the walls in the room. The ac did not work right in the room and not at all in the halls or elevators. 1 elevator was not working at all and the other literally took 4 minutes to go down 1 floor. The continental breakfast was not good variety. There was cracks in the shower walls and the place looked like it was under rennovation. When I checked out no one even asked how was my stay.

The trip was amazing, the only downfall was that the plugs didn’t work to charge our phones and there were two big roaches crawling around.

Hey guys. Dont come here. I was only looking for one night stay for a layover but this might be the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The whole place looks like it need renovations. The lobby does not look like what the picture looks like. Everything is run down, it’s extremely dirty. I ask for a king room then received a twin room. There wasn’t even a Bible in the room. Nothing was plugged in. Checked the beds and had black hair in it. The sheets still had lips stick or make up on them. Found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. Carpet was extremely dirty. Now the positives. The few positive things I can say is the tv worked, the AC worked and the shower had hot water.

Perfect location to stay for early morning flights

Avoid this hotel at all costs! My recent stay was an absolute nightmare. Here's why: Unhygienic Room: The room was filthy. Exposed and dusty air conditioning conduits ran along the ceiling, raising major concerns about air quality. To top it off, I found bed bugs in the mattress and toe nails between the sheets! Absolutely disgusting! . Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast spread was meager and lacked variety. It definitely fell short of the "continental breakfast" advertised. Broken Pool Furniture: The pool area was supposed to be a relaxing escape, but most of the chairs were broken and unusable. This hotel is a health hazard and a complete disappointment. Save yourself the money and frustration and stay elsewhere!

Staff was nice. Very run down. Saw a large roach in the bathroom at 4AM. Saw several spiders scurrying in the hallways. Strands of previous guest hair in shower. The only hot breakfast item was the waffles. The whole place smelled dank and musty.

The room smelly damp the carpets were sticky. They're were dead bugs in the bathroom. Carpet was all frayed. The entrance was horrible, looked like you were in the back of beyond.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed and never will stay there again or recommended no AC in the lobby no AC in the hallways carpet was filthy. Manager was smoking pot when we got there is a horrible location.

Hotel need to be updated. Looks tired and the room door was broken. There was a gap in the door that you could put a screwdriver to open the door. The hotel log was not light up at night. The lobby automatic door was not working, I had to force it open.

The staff was very nice but the hotel needed updated 20 years ago It was not a stay that I felt comfortable in

Shabby facility. Sticky floor. Smelly. Nice people at desk and housekeeping though.

The night manager is fantastic. She spoke with us about running a hotel and gave my daughter college advice.

It is very close to the airport but do not offer shuttle service. Rooms.are fine but the first shift clerk gave my reservation away to someone else. Then I was charged an extra $25 with no explanation.

Very close to the airport. There was no paper or pens in the room and we really needed them. Went to front desk and the only pen they had was the.one the clerk was using. Therenshould be a pen and notepad available

Too many problems to list… this hotel is falling apart from the front doors to the hair dryer!

Property is dirty, is nothing like they promote. None of the rooms are updated. Tub didnt drain. The pool is broken.
