This incredibly stylish 2 bedroom luxury coastal apartment has been lovingly restored and professionally styled by an interior designer. A Grade II listed Georgian building, the large original windows flood the space with natural light and draw you to the sea views. Seabreeze is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a property with traditional features and modern touches.
Once inside you are greeted by hardwood floors leading off to the left into the open plan living dining space, perfect for entertaining, including a beautiful picturesque window looking out across Teignmouth beach and beyond. The space is cleverly divided into a stunning and welcoming lounge area along with a stylish dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen.
Off of the main living area, and making the most of the views, you will find the master bedroom. A tranquil and beautifully furnished room with views of the glittering ocean and a warm, cosy atmosphere. To the left of the entrance hall and located at the back of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom. A cosy and relaxing room with a large window complete with window seat, and triple bunk with double bed on the bottom and single on top. The cosy and calm design of the accommodation along with the open living space and complimentary Wi-Fi make it the perfect place for relaxing with your feet up after a long day exploring the local area or walking along the beach.
