About this house rental

It's summertime and the livin' is easy in this fabulous vacation rental home! With 2 living areas, a spacious screened porch and several decks and balconies, there's plenty of room for your family or group to spread out! The four bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests with 2 Kings, 1 Full and 2 sets of Bunks for the kids and teens. The home is thoughtfully outfitted with a great kitchen and gas BBQ grill for the chef in the family, outdoor shower, 2 smart TVs for streaming, game area with a card/poker table, and lots of books and games for the occasional rainy day. If you have to catch up on some work while on vacation . . . there's a desk, chair and monitor in one of the primary bedrooms. The ocean beach, boardwalk, shops, luncheonettes and fine dining restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride away. If you would rather drive, the owners have provided a Bethany Beach parking permit for your use. Have a larger group? Rent neighboring homes at 318 and 321 Hollywood as well. Book today while there are still prime weeks available! Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets, No Smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although I was very concerned about being west of Route 1, it turned out to be a non-issue and every other aspect if our stay was perfect.

We have rented in BB for 40 years. This house was in no shape to rent to a family of 10. Not enough plates, cups, missing outdoor shower that was advertised, broken front door, no keys, and it was pretty dirty (porches) when we arrived. Plus, only one light in the family room. Very dark home.
