Really good one

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and all the common areas were very clean. Location is near the beach.

There is no elevator.

Great place near the sea!

Quiet and nice area. Very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Beware.

The villa is located in a very quiet and nice area that's close to the beach. There's a store nearby, and multiple bus stops. The room we stayed at is quite spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The hostess and staff members are friendly and helpful.

The second we arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the room. Later on, the hostess confirmed that that's exactly what it was. They were having some issues with their draining system, and the whole toilet (sometimes even room) smelled terrible. The hostess was apologetic about it and offered us a free breakfast. She also tried using various cleaning liquids to help the situation, but on the second day, it was clear to see that the smell won't go away. I was quite disappointed by the fact that we haven't been informed about this issue before arriving. It's unprofessional. Also, I noticed that we're not the first travellers to bring up this issue. Furthermore, there's weird a smell in the fridge. I put some of my food in there, and it ended up smelling quite unpleasantly. I believe the fridge needs to be cleaned out or replaced. When you turn on the light and ventilation in the bathroom, it makes a lot of annoying noise. Something must be broken. Finally, none of the staff members or the hostess herself was wearing masks. Given that Covid is still a thing, I didn't feel safe.

The location was great - within the walking distance from the beach. There was also a private parking available although it may get crowded.

I didnt like my room - it had a bad odour coming out of the bathroom and I had to keep the window open all the time. Also it had a fake window that was blocked by the common kitchen and if someone used it at night my room would light up.

Clean room, good location

Liked the overall cleanliness. Room in a good condition. Coffee maker in the room (though it was Nescafe which we don't like). Host very polite and approachable. Close to supermarket. Beach 700 m. A few decent cafes nearby. Upon request host may make breakfast, though we did not use this option.

The AC in the room was leaking throughout so the carpet was wet despite the towels we kept putting on it. With a small child not easy to climb the 3rd floor where the room was located. Common kitchen did not have stove, though kettle and some plates/cutlery available.

Exceptional

The location is perfect! Few min to the sea, few min to the supermarket, bike path in front of. Great room, very clean, very comfortable bed, lovely balcony, where You can relax in the evening or in the morning drink coffe. Helpfull and friendly stuff. Thanx for the wonderful rest!

Beautiful and comfortable

The room we stayed in was quite small, but nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. It had plenty of natural light. The new air conditioner was great – cooled the room efficiently and silently. Beds and pillows and blankets deserve a separate mention – they were super comfortable – I think even better than we have at home. Also property location in front of a pine forest is a great bonus.

I do not think that the mini fridge in our room was meant to be kept in a closed wooden box. I am no fridge expert, but in my humble opinion lack of proper heat dissipation makes it buzz more often and louder than it should, and it was a bit annoying when trying to sleep.
