*disclaimer - 98% of these details have been discussed with owner We booked this house and surprised our family with a 7 night trip instead of a wedding reception. We are not new to booking a large home for a family getaway. To get the parking pass, you have to go to a guard shack at another location - which was CRAZY busy. My parents arrived on a friday and the two lane road was bumper to bumper, sheriffs were trying to direct traffic, and people were driving in the grass. The house was well kept, considering its a rental property. It is Ikea furniture for the most part. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. During the stay we had a few issues that we contacted management for. The dishwasher not working and the upstairs big bath did not have hot water. There were a few more "issues" that were immediately handled. There are a few broken dressers, there is 1 towel and pillow per person so I would recommend bringing extra. We also brought our own pot and spatula and I'm glad we did because the biggest pan was warped. Again - we are no strangers to booking a big rental, so we anticipated needing some items. A big concern which would hinder me from booking again is the security.The gate exit was broken to where someone could just walk through.The gates were often stuck open so people would drive in. Cars would be sitting, waiting for a resident to come in, and follow behind. I appreciate the communication during our stay and we (overall) had a great honeymoon & family trip.

Our stay was great! Communication was excellent and very professional. House size was perfect Huge. We are definitely going to rent this house again.

Overall, this property was wonderful for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. The children loved the pool and swam from morning to night. The only negatives are that it would have been helpful if the check in paperwork provided previously stated that we had to go to a completely different address to get the parking pass. There were numerous minor items that did not work in the property itself, but nothing major to affect our stay. We all had a great time.

We had 17 of us stay at the property. We had plenty of space and beds for everyone. The kids loved having a pool right outside the back door and the game room upstairs. They kept calling it our mansion and loved exploring every room. Even though my emails from the host kept going into my junk box, they were very quick to respond when i would inbox them with questions.

We loved the place. Left floaties that were shared with us from a guest next door, the gift that keeps giving. Neighbors were loud and traffic was fast through the neighborhood. We would stay again for sure. Property management was great!!

House was the perfect size for our family of 13 with plenty of space to spread out and give everyone privacy. The kids really enjoyed the themed bedrooms and the heated pool. Host was responsive to reported issues. I would stay at this property again.

We came to Florida to go to Disney and the house was perfect! We just needed a nice place to land at the end of the day. The location is very convenient if you are doing the parks. Everything you could need is within 10 miles. More bedrooms and Bathrooms than we needed but we were traveling with our children-14,18,20,23 and they all had their our space. I would stay here again and I am a picky person.

Everything was as advertised accept about usage of the pool. I was not told that had to make a special request about getting the pool heated. Also that I had to stay 4 or 5 days to be able to get it heated. I think I should get a reduction in cost for this over site.

This house was great for our family of 15. It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The neighborhood was very convenient to Universal and Disney and much less congested than other vacation rental neighborhoods we have stayed out in the past. There was plenty of parking and good neighborhood amenities. We would definitely recommend this property for larger groups.
