We were so happy that this Cottage was available for our girls trip to Eureka Springs. Parking was great and we took advantage of cooking in as well as having breakfast at Harold’s and dinner at Ermilio’s - both in close walking distance. We also walked to the Crescent Hotel for drinks one evening when the weather was perfect for a stroll. The trolley stopped right by the cottage, so we walked down the hill to the shops and rode the red trolley back to the house without having to fight for a parking spot near the shops downtown. When we got out of town, it was a quick drive to Thorncrown Chapel and to hike at Lake Leatherwood. The beds were comfy and the living room great for lounging and having drinks. We only wish there was an upstairs bathroom, but wasn’t too far to head down the stairs to the one on the main floor. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook in and our host Lisa even provided some snacks and chocolate for us to enjoy right for when we arrived. We loved having morning coffee on the back porch watching cardinals fly by and even saw a deer walk by. We sat out front in the evening enjoying the fence lights and lightening bugs flicker by. We will definitely come back to the adorable Tea Cup Cottage. It made our girls trip extra special for us.

4 gals, 14 bottles of wine, and a great deck and front porch to enjoy the wine and great company!

We had a great stay! Lisa was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Great location - Emilio’s was right next door for amazing Italian food, awesome breakfast/lunch at Harold’s across the street, and trolley stop basically at our door. Easy walk downtown (but the walk back up the hill was a killer!). The house was charming and comfy and well stocked. Can’t imagine a better place to stay and would love to come back again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this little cottage. There were some nice touches that were provided such as a welcome basket, toiletries, plenty of plenty of bath towels and washcloths and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

We had a fabulous stay at The Teacup Cottage ringing in the 2024 new year! We love Ermilio's, the authentic Italian restaurant next door, and we were able to go put our name in for dinner and walk next door to our cottage to play cards and enjoy a glass of wine before walking over for dinner. It was so nice to be within walking distance of all of the great shopping, bars, and food that Eureka Springs has to offer and the uphill trek home allowed for some much needed exercise throughout the weekend. :) The cottage is absolutely precious and all three rooms were very large and provided plenty of privacy. We will definitely be going back and recommend this location to all visiting the area for an extremely affordable rate.

We loved our stay at the Tea Cup Cottage. There was more than enough room for the 5 adults in our group. The property is very well maintained and the host was super friendly. This cottage is located close enough to walk to downtown.

This is an adorable & historic cottage located just a short walk from the shops and restaurants in Eureka Springs. Nestled on a hill in a charming and quaint neighborhood and located nearby a wonderful Italian Restaurant. The contemporary and updated decor
was welcoming and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and offered luxurious linens and amenities. The modern appliances in the kitchen made cooking breakfast easy. A secluded back deck shaded by trees was perfect to have drinks and coffee. I would definitely stay here again, as the location was perfect and the decor was attractive and fun!

We enjoyed the Tea Cup Cottage but it was not exactly suitable for older adults. There was not a bathroom (with commode) upstairs, and the sauna tubs downstairs were hard to get into without hand bars to hold onto. The walk down town would have been hard for anyone except the young as it was all up and down. However, there was a Trolley stop by the house which we used and there was a great Italian restaurant next door. The amenities were superb, the beds and bedding were great, the towels were very nice, the kitchen had everything that you might need, guest snacks were appreciated, the house was nice for a 1890 home.
Lisa, the house manager, was great!!! She was always available to help with any matters! Thank you Lisa!!

I love this home. It has a first floor master for my elderly mother and easy access through the front of the house. The home was clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable! Each room has lots of space, tv and gave everyone a happy place to retreat to. The amenities in the kitchen were updated and useful. The living room was so comfy for our family to gather to make plans or relax.
We also ate at Emilio's next door and had a wonderful, fun experience. The bathrooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious.
I would definitely recommend this home for a short or long stay for family and friends to share too.

The house was so adorable and charming. Was the perfect size and location for a weekend away with friends. The beds were SO comfortable. Also the location was perfect as it was right next door to the best restaurant in town (Ermilios) so the 2 hour wait was nothing to us since we could just put our name on the list and head back to the house to relax. Easy walk to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!
