Locmariaquer is the ideal place for lovers of the sea and hiking thanks to its numerous coastal paths.

The house has 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and a large games room upstairs. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and individual upstairs. Wifi available throughout the house

On the ground floor:
A large living room with a dining area with a table for 12 seats and direct access to the enclosed garden.
A lounge area and a completely renovated 1800’s period fireplace

Fully equipped dining kitchen (seats 6): induction hob & hood, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Fridge-freezer, i-Companion robot, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Filter coffee maker, Hand blender, Electric mixer, Raclette machine, Mini-Crepe maker.

- Bedroom 3: Trundle bed offering two real beds of 80*190. Individual electric heating.

- 35m2 game room. Games cupboard. Home Cinema video projector (connects to large & mini HDMI cable). Individual electric heating.

Mandatory cleaning service to be paid in addition by bank wire or bank check. (150 euros)

Baby & children equipment: high chair, travel cot, cradle (up to approx. 9 months), plastic dishes

Deposit: 1000 euros

Given the great variety in the family organizations of our tenants, bed and bath linen are not provided. You have the possibility to rent it and make it available on site (website: www.loclinge.com) in the size of your family.

In winter, the rental rate includes a maximum electricity budget of €300/week (including heating) - additional electricity costs will be adjusted on the deposit.

We try to prevent this from happening, but to make your garden more pleasant, a landscaper may occasionally be necessary to mow the lawn.
