About this house rental
Ideally located in a quiet estate between beaches, coastal paths and shops in the village, this house built in 2003, well insulated, has a closed garden with 2 terraces in front and behind the house.
It has a capacity of 10 people.
Its living area is approximately 160 m². It comprises:
Ground floor:
— an independent entrance hall, bringing you to a corridor serving...
— a refurbished kitchen (fully renovated in February 2023), open on the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, sink, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, pyrolise oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toasters, dishes and cooking equipment.
— a light lounge with a window holder on 2 terraces with 2 3-seat sofas, an armchair and a coffee table. The lounge is equipped with a wooden-burning stove.
— a dining room equipped with an extensible table capable of accommodating 10 people, 10 chairs
— a first bathroom with 1 baths, lavabo and toilet
— a first room with 1 double bed 160x200 and 2 night tables
— a second chamber with 1 double bed 160x200.
— a garage/laundry room equipped with a laundry/dry washing machine and a laundry extension machine.
On the first floor:
— a third room with 1 Velux, garden view, equipped with a cot (2 single beds 90x200) and children’s games
— a fourth room with 1 Velux, equipped with two single beds (possibility of reconciling them if necessary to make them a double bed) 90x190
— a second bathroom with shower booth and washbasin
— an independent toilet
— a fifth room, parental suite of 22.50 m², with a bed of 160x200 with access to a private bath room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside:
— a large wooden terrace
— a large garden
— a trampoline with a diameter of 3 m
— a car park area
Household linen is supplied, consisting of: sleeve covers, pillows sheets and covers for bedding, 1 towels per person, kitchen torches.
The house has electric heating.
Non-smoking house. For the peace of the neighbourhood, we thank you for not noise after 21: 00. No evening or festivities.
