The hotel wasn't like the Pictures online. It is dirty the rooms smell like smoke. There was food left in the fridge.Water bottles everywhere cigarettes under furniture. There is no breakfast in the mornings like it says. The staff was really friendly but the quality of the room was horrible. We didn't have any blankets on the bed or no pillows. There was no toilet paper.

This property is disgusting. They used pictures from a beautiful room. We left immediately. Filthy bathroom, wetness on floor, hair on toilet seat, toothpaste in the sink. The floors were filthy.

The room was absolutely the most disgusting room i've ever stayed in. Nothing had been cleaned. There were no TVs. It had a kitchen with no dishes or anything in it. Not even a garbage can. The beds were hard. The sheets were dirty. There was a huge stain on the pull out couch. It smelled terrible like cigarettes. The walls were dripping yellow. And had stains all over them. The dead bolt on the door was broken. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and checked out first thing the morning after 1 night.

I hate to leave a review like this, everyone I encountered was pleasant. I even got to check in early, and they said they upgraded my room too…that’s where the pleasantries stop. We weren’t in the room too much at first, so we didn’t think anything of it. But at bed time my daughter noticed some uncleanliness in her bed. So I gave her mine and took that one. We even went so far as to purchase new pillows and I bought her a new throw blanket to sleep with. But while she was trying to take a nap the following day, I found cockroaches…then she found a bed bug. So I told her to pack her things and we were out of there. Unfortunately my trip visiting my daughter was cut short due to this. This place has seen better days, I wish the friendliness of the staff could overcome the horrible stay we had.

The room next to where we were supposed to stay, did not stay, and did not get my money back. was boarded up. Whole thing was like the hood, in a bad way. Dont go. Near there are some good enough hotels for 20 dollars more. the best 20$ ever spent. if you book with expedia, you will not stay there. it is the worst i have ever seen and im not into luxury. you will not get a refund and no help from expedia. you will be out your money and have to find another hotel that you can feel safe and clean at. this shouldnt be offered at expedia. i feel they hold a lot of responsability on this inconvienience i have endured. Most of the hotel is rented to people monthly. i feel for them having to stay in this crap hole.

Booked this hotel through hotels.com because it was a Wyndham and pictures looked nice. Drove into lot and thought we were in wrong spot. Looked like super sketchy apartments. Got to lobby got checked in was told by front desk person to call if any concerns but please don’t leave?? While walking to room realized this was a run down low income monthly rental, extended stay. Woman screaming at her kids, garbage everywhere. Got into room and didn’t even want to put my coat and bag down. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty, stained. Looked like a haven for bed bugs!! Bathroom had the strip of carpet that had been replaced laying in bathroom. Shower was dirty and there was a cigarette burn in the toilet lid!! Turned around, walked out and booked a hotel on other side of Hwy!! Super disappointed and surprised that Wyndham put their name in this property!!

Complete garbage. Please stay away from this hellhole even if it's offered free. No trash can or bin was in any room. We saw random trash at the entrance and all over the property and bad smells. Bathroom door was locked. Key cards stopped working randomly , No soap or anything like that in the room. Random broken floors in the room. It was a complete dump.

This Hotel should close down the conditions inside and outside are terrible. Stained bedsheets and beds carpet floor looks like it wasn’t be cleaned in years. The kitchen area Is outdated and needs remodel. The curtains on the windows had a weird odor. The outside of the area looks rundown. Even if you paid me to stay there for a night I would not accept

I left a whole list of things that was wrong Well it started off with I didn't have what I wanted for my reservation they try to give us the king bed with no TV instead of the two bed on the bottom floor. So supposedly was a penthouse that was the most disgusting dirtiest room I've ever been in. I think they should give me a refund

Room was in terrible shape, the room was dirty and there was no trash can. The sink in the bathroom was full of water and bugs, the floor by the other side of the bed was soaked and the manager tried to charge my card 4 times even after it was charged properly.

This property was horrendous, infested with drugs and prostitution, parties in the parking lot. I had to call police just to escort me to my car. I attempted to check in and then immediately left due to safety concerns. I did not stay here. The property looks NOTHING like the pictures online.

When we got there it was ok but realized quickly this was a rental for very underprivileged people one step away from homelessness. When we went to our room it smelled moldy and the room was dark and had a large kitchenette that looked dingy and all we could do was shower and leave. While in the shower my daughter said a man tried to open the door and come in our room. We ran to the office and asked for a refund and they refused to give me any. BTY: there was a police officer that was parked taking to an elderly tenet on the way to the office.

It seemed badly, bedding had cigarette burn holes, shower area was dirty, room was dusty, over all not clean, beer bottles outside of the room… then when we went to cancel, lady at the seat said e we’re over the 15 minute cancellation. Yet was in line behind others checking in as waiting. Was told had to address with Expedia for refund! We WOULD NOT STAY THERE!

Terrible property. Did not stay. Was not given a refund. Drug infested. Found out afterwards. It is known prostitution den. Will never use Expedia again. Called helpline as soon as I knew it was unsafe and the line was busy when I finally got through Expedia staff member refused to give me Refund. Dirty and DISCUSTING!! Building 10 is suppose to be the better rooms however they didn't put clean towels or washrags inthe room then refused to bring them or toilet papervas there wasnt any of that either! Staff then came in my room stealing my things leftvin the room the 30minutes it took me to go get food! Tge door wont open once even with the key you have to sit and play with the door...STAFF WAS RUDE YEALLING AT ME AND HANGING UP ON ME BC I ASKED FOR CLEAN LINENS AT $70 A NIGHT I SHOUKDNT HAVE TO ASK

The first room we were in was somewhat clean but had a mildew smell. We were in that room for 3 nights but when we got back to our room on the 3rd night we discovered the toilet leaking. We were moved to a new room that smelled horribly of smoke. The floor was wet and sticky. The beds had dirty animal prints on the sheets. There were dead roaches smashed on the walls and there was no fire alarm. At 2am someone walked into our room with a keycard saying they were housekeeping but showed no proof just walked away saying sorry. We choose to check out early as we no longer felt safe. When we checked out we asked to speak to a manager and was told it would be a 2 hour wait but then the desk clerk got nasty and they told us to leave. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had.

This place has changed a lot and I mean for the better. You can tell the owners and staff are making the effort to clean up the place and rid itself of its old reputation. We’re seeing more families staying.And kids out playing. It’s nice. This place for us is like coming home.
