I had an awesome stay here! The house was just like the listing—clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The beds were great, with nice sheets that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location couldn't have been better, and the outdoor shower was a cool bonus with amazing water pressure. The host was fantastic with communication, making everything smooth and easy. I'd definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to Fire Island for 5 years. Some in Ocean Beach and some in Kismet. This one has been our favorite rental so far. It was plenty of room, nice and clean, great proximity to beach and town and most important great air conditioners! Dealing with the owner was super easy to get everything set up. We would without a doubt rent Holiday House again.

We had a wonderful stay at Greg's house with our family over Father's Day weekend. The house was comfortable and a perfect fit for our group,. It was close to the beach, an easy walk to Kismet shops and an easy bike to Saltaire. Greg was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
