Welcome to Bridgeland Cozy Corner!

You will love this amazing home located in one of Calgary's oldest and most charismatic neighborhoods which was founded in the 1880's.

Bridgeland is home to some of Calgary's best restaurants, food markets, retail shopping and is walking distance to the Zoo, Telus Spark, BMO Center, the Saddledome, Stampede Park, Studio Bell, Telus Convention Center, Calgary's award winning Public Library, Princes Island Park, Bow River Pathway and many more venues that most Calgarians have to drive to.

The home was built in the 1940's and has been lovingly renovated to its current state. The home has a very relaxed vibe with lots of natural light flowing in plus great views of downtown Calgary. Enjoy the 2 living rooms (upstairs & downstairs), 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses, deep soaker tubs in both bathrooms, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, full sized boot room for bikes, backpacks, skis and snowboards, a dedicated office space including an adjustable smart desk and a printer, high speed fiber internet, a play area for kids and laundry area with full sized washer/dryer and ironing board.

Why stare at the inside of your 4 walls while at a condo, apartment or hotel? Enjoy your own large outdoor space on this corner lot with many interesting perennials, shrubs, flowers, a Gala apple tree, bbq, outdoor table/seating and great views of downtown.

Due to the central location of the home, you are 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Deerfoot Trail, the main north/south corridor in Alberta and 5 minutes to16th Ave (Trans Canada Hwy) the main east/west corridor in Canada. Getting around town from Bridgeland is easy by foot, bike or vehicle.

We are very excited to share our home with travelers from around the world. We have travelled extensively and we believe we have a great spot for our guests to use as a home base in their exploration of Calgary, Banff and beyond.

Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful residential older neighbourhood with big trees. Great location to get to all areas of town. Lovely back garden. Bistro table up front. Hosts were very available when needed. Beds very comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

Thoughtfully, appointed kitchen, fluffy towels, good lighting for relaxing, and reading, clean and compact. Only a 25 minute walk to the E bike rentals and lots of bicycle trails. Excellent location in a charming neighbourhood close to good restaurants, ice cream, shops, and spectacular scenery. Very comfortable for four adults and we would definitely stay there again

My friends and I loved our stay! The house itself looked as pictured, was clean, and had the basics needed to cook and use the kitchen. We particularly loved the backyard where we had breakfast every morning. Would absolutely book again.

This was a great stay for 2 adult couples, with plenty of space, privacy, and amenties for both couples. Very well taken care of property, extremely clean, and plenty of little, personal touches to make it even more welcoming and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. We were only in the city for 3 nights to visit friends and extended family, and the location was very well positioned to get us everywhere we needed to go. Appreciated the parking for our rental car, and communication with the host was top notch! Exactly as advertised. A+ stay.

This property makes you feel like you are home! The attention to detail is exceptional and the hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is great and very walkable, with popular restaurants close by. We hope to visit again soon.
