Beautiful 3,000 sqft+ luxury condo with dual balconies that have an additional 800+ sqft of space overlooking the ocean waves AND the sunset! YES a double balcony!! The largest in Daytona Beach!
Ocean Vistas is a world class private residential condominium building. From the moment you walk into this unit you will immediately notice the attention to detail in every room.
As you walk through the french door entry to your left is a small half bath powder room and to your right the elegantly designed master bedroom with customized furniture, king bed, office desk, a large smart tv with cable, and his/her walk in closets with complete closet organization systems. Attached to the master bedroom is a private balcony entrance and exit as well as a private master bathroom that Is complete with his/her vanities, a large all in shower, and a garden tub.
Walking out of the master bedroom takes a right and you will walk underneath a beautiful rotunda ceiling. The floorplan splits here; to your right takes you to the beautifully decorated family room and to your left will take you to the back bedrooms and past a small dining area overlooking the gourmet chef's kitchen and the sunset balcony entrance.
Bedroom #2 straight in the back is the second master suite with a king size bed, double closets, dresser, smart tv, private bath with a walk in shower, and large windows with plantation shutters that allow a beautiful view of the river with a sunset backdrop in the evening.
Bedroom #3 is located down the same hall as #2 and inside are two double beds with a smart tv, walk-in closet, dresser, and private bath with a shower/tub combo.
As you walk from the back bedrooms out toward come into the gourmet chefs kitchen that is complete with a Cafe wall oven, microwave, and fridge as well as an electric GE stove top & range, as well as a 57 bottle wine cooler perfect for any beverage. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you would need to cook a perfect dinner for yourself or your family. Greeting you in the kitchen will be a few coffee pods, cream, & sugar.
As you walk from the back bedrooms out toward come into the gourmet chefs kitchen that is complete with a GE Cafe wall oven, GE Cafe microwave, and GE Cafe fridge as well as an electric GE Monogram stove top & range, GE Cafe dishwasher as well as a 57 bottle GE Monogram wine cooler perfect for any beverage. The kitchen is an open floor plan with bar seating on either side. From the kitchen you can overlook the gorgeous family room as well as a picture perfect view of the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass door/windows. The family room features another small dining area as well as a large couch with two chairs situated around a smart tv with an awesome view of the ocean from every angle.
Out on the ocean-view balcony is a small dining set as well as additional outdoor furniture seating for the whole family. On the sunset balcony is a Weber electric grill, A Polywood bar with seating for four and two Polywood Adirondack chairs set up to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunset with the international speedway / river back drop.

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. This owner also supplies each guest with a few coffee pods/creamer as well as a small bottle of hotel style shampoo, conditioner, body soap per bath.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available.
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

In general, Ocean Vistas is one of the best places to stay in Daytona, and I would definitely stay in this unit again on a future trip to Daytona. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The balcony furniture was extremely comfortable, the bathroom shower heated up well, and the water pressure was great. The towels were oversized and soft. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the plates and utensils! There was even a styrofoam cooler in the pantry that came in handy when my husband and I prepared food to take to the beach to eat with our kids.
The layout of the condo worked well. Our teens enjoyed having their rooms on the opposite side of where we were. Best of all, everyone had their own bathroom. I also loved the convenience of having a storage rack with hooks right outside the condo to keep our beach towels, flip flops, and other sandy items. We had a lovely stay.

I've stayed at many condos in the same building, and this condo is leaps and bounds above every other condo we stayed in. Starting with the easy check in process, everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is immaculate and clearly maintained by an owner that cares about their property. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Daytona!

We stayed here for Spring Break with my daughter and another family. Great location. The condo was large and clean. The lady that showed us the facilities was slightly impatient but again it was Spring Break and she had probably dealt with dozens or more other families that day but again the condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the list of preferred restaurants. The binder was very helpful! Would recommend.

The condo was beautiful, could see the ocean well, best heated pool ever overlooking the ocean, nice hot tub, it was very secure and well maintained. I thought the pricing was fair but thought the extra fees were a little overpriced, but everyone tacks on fees. It was all handled very well, and Lucas was true to making himself available at any time.

This is a very well appointed condo with tons of space and the beach access is great.
We came to watch the Rolex24 at the Daytona Speedway and this beach location it's only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. Good gym, great beach, easy underground parking.
Modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. I want to book this place next year when I go back.

We have stayed in many beautiful rentals but this condo tops the list. From the layout (for two couples) to everything imagineable in the kitchen, to the view, a well equipped workout room and a quiet and beautifullyq maintained building, we were delighted.

This condo is appointed with every detail. The description is 100% accurate and still found pleasant surprises! Location is a 10. Furnishings were tasteful and thoughtful. Lucas and Jenn were amazing! From our crew, many thanks for the memories and we will see you next year!

This amazing unit is over 3,000 sq ft and is unlike any other condo we have ever stayed at previously. The unit is spectacular with a fully stocked kitchen built for a chef as well as gorgeous furnishings and decor. The beds were comfy, and there were ample towels, beach towels and beach chairs. There also was an electric grill which was perfect. There are two amazing balconies as well so you can see the sunrise and the sunset. The building is beautiful and the amenities are pristine. The condo was exactly as advertised and we could not be happier and we will most certainly stay here again!!

This place was beyond beautiful!! The pictures do not do this condo justice. The entire condo is fully stocked with top of the line necessities. The views are breathtaking as well. The back balcony has an amazing view of the ocean and the front balcony has a perfect view of the strip. I truly can’t think of anything this condo was missing. The owner responded back very quickly and the lady who helped get us situated at check in was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely book this condo again, too beautiful not to go back!!!
