We enjoyed our stay as it was close to my 50th reunion venue. We entertained a few friends from high school. There was plenty of dishes, wine glasses, parking in a quiet neighborhood.

Overall it worked out for what we needed and was a nice little home. I saw a lot of reviews about how clean the place was and I feel it fell a little short in this area. The back patio chair pillows were in disarray and there were beer bottle caps on the table and the patio. The shed in the back had the door left open and the lock unlocked. I shut the door to keep our curious little ones out but did not lock it since I was not certain if the key was left inside the shed. The ice trays in the freezer were broken and the casters that one of the twin beds sits on were all under the bed instead of where they should have been. One of us had dark socks on and after walking across the rug in the living room one time the socks were completely covered in pet hair. I understand pets are allowed but that very much seemed like the rug had not been vacuumed or cleaned recently. I moved the couch a little to make sure we were not leaving any toys behind from our little ones and was amazed at how much hair and dirt was under there as well as several animal toys. Another small detail that probably would not matter for most guest but for anyone with little ones...there is no door or gate between the kitchen and garage or down to the basement. I chose a one level home so that we would not be dealing with stairs while having our toddler with us and was disappointed that there was no way to keep the basement stairs blocked or closed off. We stayed here for a family trip for our daughter's birthday; the home was a great fit for myself, my husband, our 2 year old, and our dog. It was cozy, had all of the essentials, and a spatious beautiful yard. It is within 20min to all of the major attractions we vistited, and there is a lot in the local area as well.
The only small concern was some of the towels were noticebly dirty/stained; and there were plenty provided so we simply didn't use those few.

This house was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location and nice neighborhood. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay there again if we were to travel back to Indiana.

The property was super cute and cozy. Loved the decor. The beds were SO COMFY! The yard was also nice although the neighbor seemed to be spying on us occasionally; we could hear them walking back and forth along the fence. Mildly creepy, but there was a police car parked there, so it felt safe. Probably just curious.
