The house was perfect for us, we spent the days visiting the various wineries and all the great sites around Senaca Lake and returned to a welcoming house that had everything we needed for a great stay. The house is unique and the grounds are beautiful. Everyone sad they’d love to go back. Thank you for a great experience!

Big property, nice outside porch with a huge table and gas fire pit. Location is great: less than 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and easy access to 20+ wineries on both sides of the lake. Easy 45 minutes drive to Geneva and Seneca Lake State Park. All bedrooms are upstairs but only 1 bathroom there. Kitchen is nice with large dining table and living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for our bachelorette weekend! Great location close to the wineries and only a short drive to Watkins Glen state park. I also loved all the sunflowers in the yard 🌻

While we were disappointed that all the dogs could not stay with us (only 2 allowed, we have 4 in 3 different families and 3 wanted to come to enjoy, we did ask), the property was nice for my husband and I, 4 adult children, 3 partners and two dogs. We did get permission to invite grandparents, aunt, and 2 cousins to enjoy a birthday dinner and dessert on the deck. Kids enjoyed the gas fire pit, everyone appreciated the large upstairs bathroom and spacious kitchen. Interesting layout, and the cabin is a bit creaky, but a great location for hiking the Glen, enjoying wineries, and getting a family together. We had some problems with the Roku TV in some rooms, but all in all, everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. Thanks VRBO/Vacasa!

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful! First time we used Vacasa and we were happily surprised. This is a well maintained property. The house is very clean and everything you need is provided ( minus food, ofc). The backyard is amazing and the lake house was so relaxing. We will definitely be returning! This is a true Sanctuary!

The upstairs shower was broke and not useable. Communication with the host was not the best. It was a Property Management company and they were very hard to reach. Wifi you had to provied an email address and were frequently kicked out.
The cabin was very nice! These are just a couple things that we were not very happy wtih.

Very nice and convenient. Close to the wine tour trail. Great house, accurate description of home. Stairs made me nervous but overall great stay. Would stay again.

We instantly loved the property and home. It is kept incredibly clean. The home itself is secluded yet less than 15 minute drive from downtown watkins glen. It felt very private and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and supplies to cook. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of living space to hang out insude or outside. The views of the yard are beautiful and make you feel like youre on vacation. I would highly recommend this spot. The property managememt company was also responsive and helpful. We wouod definitely return here.

Loved everything about this property! Great location - secluded but not too far from Watkins Glen - Very clean and had everything we needed from fully stocked kitchen, comfy couch in living room and fire pit on the deck was great way to end the day! The grounds and pond were beautiful and was definitely our dogs favorite part.

Home was a great location and very comfortable for 6 adults. Beds comfortable and lots of room in the home and outdoors. Home could use some TLC - most notable in bathrooms - hard to turn on/off upstairs shower, no lock on upstairs bathroom, and downstairs shower door wouldn’t close with a tight seal. Listing stated seating for 8 for dining room but it was 4 stools for counter and 4 chairs around a large table - plenty more room for chairs. Was not convenient for playing games at night. Misleading for air conditioning - was 2 small window units that were not large enough

Quiet and lovely place for more than only 2 nights. We already miss it!

This place exceeded our expectations. We had a great time. It was such a nice property. The host was very prompt at responding when we had questions. Loved that we could communicate through text. Only thing I would change is to have a window ax in the master. Luckily it wasn’t to hot on our trip so it wasn’t bad. Beds were very comfy and my body appreciates that so much. Thank you for having us.

Although the property is nice and has lots of potential, there were serious issues during our stay. The dishwasher didn't drain so we had to wash dishes by hand, but there was no drainer or tray to make that easier. The AC wasn't working and it was very uncomfortable sleeping since the bedrooms were upstairs. I think the problem was with the thermostat but there were no instructions available for programming it. In fact, there were no instructions for anything at the property. The light switches were in unusual locations and most were not labeled. There were lights in the kitchen area that were never turned on for that reason.
The upstairs shower was very difficult to turn on -- when pulling it on, the controls were pulling out from the shower surround.
The seating areas downstairs were very comfortable and we enjoyed the large table. It only had 4 chairs but we carried one in from the deck to use during our stay.
The deck was nice and we used it at various times.
We liked the quiet area which was not far from Watkins Glen and attractions.
With a bit more attention to details, this could be an excellent place to stay.

This house is quiet and secluded but still close to everything. The property is gorgeous, with a nice outside porch area and a pond as an added bonus. House looks just as described and is very clean. We’d definitely rent again on our next Finger Lakes trip!!
